Abstract

The fertilizer contg. one or several iron compds. has an active quantity of the condensation prod. (I) of urea and formaldehyde added to it. The compsn. may be added to the soil of plants having iron deficiency and suffering from diseases due to it. The addn. of (I) enhances the activity of the iron component and also increases the rate at which the iron is absorbed into the plant.
