Abstract

During transition from the initial to the high boiling phase, after reaching a certain agitator performance characterising the solution crystal content, the juice intake for the boiling apparatus is regulated by a precisely defined programme for the agitator performance, guaranteeing an intended crystal content increase during the high boiling phase.
