Abstract

The plant comprises a turning magnetic separator producing a mineral concentrate with a high magnetic susceptibility and a fraction with a much lower susceptibility. A detector determines the quantity of one concentrate separated by the separator and a control appts controls the speed of rotation of the separator in response to it.
