Claims (8)

1. Förfarande för separering av en metioninhaltig polypeptid frän ett hybridprotein som innehäller detsamma, varvid metio-ninet skyddas mot irreversibel oxidation, känneteck-n a t av att hybridproteinet bringas att reagera med en alkylhalogenid för att bilda ett hybridprotein som innehäller en metioninsulfo-niumsalthaltig polypeptid; den metioninsulfoniumsalthaltiga polypeptiden spjälks frän hybridproteinet; och den metioninsulfoniumsalthaltiga polypeptiden bringas att : reagera med en mono- eller ditiol för tilivaratagande av den metioninhaltiga polypeptiden.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att alkylhalogeniden har formeln X-CHa-R, där X är I eller Br och R är H, CH3, COOH eller CONHa.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat av att mono- eller ditiolen har formeln HS-(M)n-Y, där n är ett helt tai 1-4, M är -CHa- eller -CH(OH)-, och Y är -OH eller -SH. ,0 94''34
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat av att den metioninhaltiga polypeptiden är GRF.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknat av att hybridproteinet är TrpE-GRF.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat av att GRF spjälks frän hybridproteinet genom reaktion med j odosobensoesyra.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 6, kännetecknat av att alkylhalogeniden är jodacetamid eller metyljodid.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat av att mono- eller ditiolen är merkaptoetanol eller 1, 4-di-tiotreitol. • t i « «
