Abstract

The present invention relates to a coupling fitting for a window or other such product comprising a fork-like female part and a male part engaging the female part, the coupling end of which can be locked in holes in the female part flanges and which are provided with pins such as threaded pins.

Traditionally, the so-called windows. the connected frames are connected to each other in addition to the hinges by special fittings specially designed for the coupling purpose. The latest ideas have been the use of clutch hinges as clutch fittings. In this case, the so-called the pin part of the clutch hinge has been replaced by an easily removable part. The disadvantages of traditional fittings are the difficulty of using and installing both the latest detachable, missing, to some extent insecure loose parts.

The object of the invention is to provide a new type of switch fitting. The coupling fitting according to the invention is characterized in that the coupling head of the male part is provided with conical or hemispherical bumps which, in the coupled position, fit into holes or notches in the flanges of the female part. By means of the invention, the coupling sleeve can be closed simply and easily by pushing the parts together, and can be easily detached when the coupling sleeve is opened.

A preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the inner edges of the flanges are provided with conical chamfers or notches. The chamfers make it easier to fit the male part to the female part.

Another embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the coupling end of the male part is fork-shaped and provided with a hinge-pin hole passing through the bumps and branch parts. By connecting the parts together with a dowel pin, a simple hinge is thus obtained.

Another embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the inner surfaces of the flanges of the female part are provided with conical recesses corresponding to the bumps.

The coupling sleeve of the window consists of a fork-shaped female part 1 and a male part 2 engaging the female part, the coupling head 3 of which can be locked in the holes 4 in the flanges 3 of the female part 1. Parts 1 and 2 are provided with threaded pins 5, 6 in the connected position they fit into the holes 4 in the flanges of the female part 4. The inner edges of the flanges 3 are provided with conical chamfers 8 to facilitate the installation of the male part 2. The coupling end of the male part 2 is fork-shaped and provided with a hinge-pin hole 9 passing through the knuckles 7 and the branch parts 9. Figure 4 shows a dowel pin 10 mounted on the hinge pin hole 9. The figures show the inner surfaces of the flanges 3 of the female part 1 holes. As an application in the case of lightweight hinges, the fitting can act as a hinge without a cotter pin 10.

A coupling fitting for a window or other product consisting of a fork-shaped female part (1) and a male part (2) engaging the female part, the coupling end of which is lockable in holes (4) in the female part flanges (3) and fitted with pins such as threaded pins , characterized in that the coupling end of the male part (2) is provided with conical or hemispherical bumps (7) which, in the connected position, fit into the holes or notches (4) in the flanges (3) of the female part.
