Kontinuerligt garn eller rep bestiende av sam-mansatta fibrer med mycket stor hillfasthet, k ä n n e - 5 tecknat därav, att största delen av fibrerna har en elektriskt ledande kärna av koi, bor eller kiselkarbid och minst ett tunt, enhetligt, tätt fastsittande, elektriskt ledande skikt, som bestär av itminstone en elektriskt utfälld metall, pi nämnda kärna, varvid nämnda garn 10 eller rep framställts a) genom att bilda en kontinuerlig bana av ett fler-tal elektriskt ledande koi-, bor- eller kiselkarbidkärn-fibrer, b) genom att kontinuerligt sänka itminstone en del 15 av banan bestiende av nämnda fibrer i ett bad, som är i stind att elektrolytiskt utfälla itminstone en metall, och c) genom att mellan fibrerna och badet koppia en yttre spinning av minst 10 volt för dissociering av metall-en mycket djupt bland fibrerna och för nukleär fästning av 20 den dissocierade metallen enhetligt genom vilket som heist spärrskikt pi ytan av de nämnda fibrerna, och genom att upprätthilla nämnda spinning tillräckligt länge för att istadkomma ett tunt, enhetligt, tätt fastsittande, elektriskt ledande skikt av en elektrolytiskt utfälld metall 25 pi nämnda kärna.

Förfarande för framställning av kontinuerliga garn eller rep bestiende av sammansatta fibrer med mycket stor hillfasthet, enligt vilket förfarande a) utformas en kontinuerlig bana av ett flertal 30 elektriskt ledande koi-, bor- eller kiselkärnfibrer, b) itminstone en del av banan som bestir av nämnda fibrer kontinuerligt sänks i ett bad, som är i stind att elektrolytiskt utfälla itminstone en metall,
