Claims (5)
1. Förfarande för ätervinning och tillgodogörande av den svaveldioxid som finns i svavelhaltiga gaser susom rökgaser, enligt vilket förfarande svaveldioxiden först absorberas i en lösning innehällande sulfitjoner, varefter den med svaveldioxid anrikade lösningen behandlas pä lämpligt sätt för erhällande av den önskade slutprodukten, kanne tecknat av kombinationen att a) svaveldioxiden absorberas i en vattenlösning av kalium-sulfit, vilken innehäller högst en liten mängd kaliumbi-sulfit, b) absorberingen fortsätts tills lösningen blivit mättad med kaliumbisulf i t, c) den kristalliserade kaliumbisulfiten avskiljes ur lösningen , d) den bringas i värmebehandling för framställning av kalium-sulfat, och e) ätminstone en del av de biprodukter som erhallits i pro-cessfaserna c) och d) cirkuleras efter eventuell fortsatt behandling.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att seisoin absorbent används en mättad eller nastan mättad kaliumsulf itlösning.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknat av att fas a) utförs i en gasskrubber (2) och fas b) i en absorber (3), varvid det tryck och den temperatur som rader i skrubbern samt strömningsmängderna för lösningen och den svaveldioxidhaltiga gasen väljs sS att den kaiiumbisulfit-haltiga I^SC^-lösningen inte uppnatt kaiiumbisulfitens mätt-nadsgrad.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1-3, kännetecknat av att kaiiumbisulfiten uppvärms tili ca 200 C i fas d) .
