Claims (8)

1. Lysskärm, bestäende av ett underlag soin bär ett lu-miniscent skikt omfattande ett jordalkalimetallaluininat, 5 vilket aktiverats med bivalent europium eller med bivalent bly, varvid jordalkalimetallen bestär av strontium, av vilket upp tili 25 mol-% kan vara ersatt med kalcium, kanne-t e c k n a t därav, att aluminatet har en kristallstruktur, vars röntgensträle-pulverdiagram motsvarar diagrammet som gi-10 vits i ovan i tabell I, och att förhällandet mellan total-molmängden av de närvarande bivalenta metallerna (strontium, kalcium, europium och bly) och molmängden av aluminium i aluminatet är 1:2 - 1:5.
2. Lysskärm enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck- 15. a d därav, att aluminatet aktiverats med europium och har en sammansättning som motsvarar formeln Me. Eu Ai 0. c- väri Me är strontium eller strontium 1 -p p q 1 , 5q+1 som ersatts med kalcium upp tili 25 mol-% och väri 0,001 < p < 0,10 och 2 $ q < 5.
3. Lysskärm enligt patentkravet 2, känneteck- n a d därav, att 0,005 ^ p < 0,05 och 2,5 $ q ^ 4,5.
4. Förfarande för framställning av ett luminiscent jordalkalimetallaluininat, vilket är avsett att användas i en lysskärm enligt patentkravet 1, 2 eller 3, kanne- 25 tecknat därav, att en blandning framställs av stron-tiumoxid, av vilken upp tili 25 mol-% kan vara ersatt med kalciumoxid, och av aluminiumoxid och europiumoxid eller blyoxid eller av föreningar, vilka bildar dessa oxider vid uppvärmning, varvid molförhällandet mellan jordalkalimetall 30 och aluminium är 1:2-1:5, tili vilken blandning tillsätts boroxid eller en förening som bildar boroxid vid uppvärmning, varvid bor tillsätts 0,002-0,10 mol per mol aluminium, och att blandningen uppvärms vid en temperatur av 1 200 - 1 500°C.
5. Lägtrycks-kvicksilvergasurladdningslampa med en 35 lysskärm, kännetecknad därav, att lysskärmen bestar av ett underlag som bär ett luminiscent skikt omfat-
