Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för framställning av pressade fiberskivor, vid vilket förfarande en vattenuppslamning bildas av träfibrer, upp-slamningen avvattnas för bildande av en vät matta, mattan pressas mellan Övre och undre upphettade pressorgan för avlägsnan-de av en väsentlig del av i mattan ingäende vatten och ästadkom-mande av fiberbildningar för bildande av en skiva, och därefter ätskiljs pressorganen och skivan uttages ur pressen, som är för-sedd med kontrollorgan, som begränsar pressorganens rörelse mot varandra, kännetecknat av att fibrerna har ett krymp-ningsvärde, som är högst ca +3000 ^um, sä att under varmpressningen fibermattans tjocklek krymper samtidigt som pressorganen av kont-rollorganen hindras att röra sig mot varandra, varvid krympning- en är tillräcklig för minskande av trycket mellan pressorganen och fibermattan och tillata gradvis avlastning av de ängtryck, som uppkommer inne i skivan, varvid pressorganen under varmpressningen hälls vid en temperatur av ca 190-260°C, och efter avslutad varmpressning förs pressorganen frän varandra och skivan uttages med en fukthalt av ca 5-40 %, utan att delaminering av skivan sker pä grund av icke avlastat ängtryck däri.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att fibrerna är sä valda, att deras krympningsvärde icke överstiger ca +2500 ^um.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att nämnda fibrer är sa valda, att deras krympningsvärde icke överstiger ca +2000 ^um.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, 2 eller 3, k ä n n e -tecknat av att mattan är stödd pä en sikt eller siktartad yta under varmpressningen, och att en pappersbeläggning anordnas pä den väta mattans övre yta före varmpressningen, varvid den väta mattans krympning under varmpressningen bidrar tili att för-hindra av det Övre pressorganet förorsakad överhettning och miss-färgning av beläggningen under varmpressningen.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4,kännetecknat av att beläggningen är dekorerad och att temperaturen icke överstiger ca 245°C.
