Claims (12)
1. Metod för delignifiering av cellulosamassa med alkali i närvaro av syre, pzon, luft eller blandning av dem, kännetecknad därav, att före delignifieringen 5 förbehandlas massa med salter av aminopolykarboxylsyror, till exempel Na- salter av dietylentriaminpentaättiksyra eller etylendiamintetraättiksyra och att delignifieringen utföres utan att använda Mg-föreningar som skyddsmedel.
2. Metod enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad 10 därav, att massan tvättas och/eller komprimeras före syra- alkalidelignifiering, varvid den innehäller frän koket här-rörande torrsubstans upp till 3,5 % per ton massa.
3. Metod enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att förbehandlingen sker under en tid av 15 2-30 min, lämpligast 5-10 min.
4. Metod enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknad därav, att förbehandlingstjockheten är 0,5 - 8 %, lämpligast 2 - 5 %.
5. Metod enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 -4, känne-20 tecknad därav, att vid förbehandlingen användes tempe- raturer av 60 - 100°C, företrädesvis 80 - 95°C.
6. Metod enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, känne-tecknad därav, att aminopolykarboxylsyrornas salter doseras till förbehandlingen 0,05 - 0,5 %, lämpligast 0,10 - 25 0,30 % per ton massa.
7. Metod enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknad därav, att efter förbehandling tvättas eller pressas ur massan de därtill doserade kemikaiierna samt de till dem bundna kajonerna i ett eller flera skeden före syre- 30 alkalidelignifieringen.
8. Metod enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 7, kännetecknad därav, att förbehandlingen utföres under mas-sans sortering före syre-alkalidelignifieringen.
9. Metod enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 -8, kanne-35 tecknad därav, att förbehandlingen utföres under mas- sans s.k. motströmningstvättning sälunda, att förbehandlings-kemikalierna tillsättes i tvättlösningen.
