Claims (6)
1. Förfarande för kontinuerlig framställning av massa av ligno-cellulosamaterial, exempelvis vedflis, genom alkalisk delignifiering, företrädesvis enligt sulfatmetoden, dvs. med lutar som innehäller hydroxidavgivande natriumföreningar, varvid delignifiering utföres i tvä eller flera steg (3, 4), varvid i det avslutande steget (4), dvs. oxysteget, en ur lignocellulosamaterialet framställd brunmassa oxideras med oxygen till oxymassa medan närmast föregaende steg, som är ett koksteg i ett kontinuerligt kokeri (3) innefattande ett eller flera med varandra förbundna kokarkärl eller zoner i nägot av kärlen för lignocellulosamaterialet, genomföres med av hydroxidavgivande lut säsom vitlut (1, 5) beredd koklut, vilken innehäller oxygenförbrukande utlöst materialsubstans och eventuellt andra redu-cerande föreningar, varefter ur brunmassan utlöst substans och andra svartlutbildande substanser förtränges genom uttvättning (15) frän brunmassa med oxylut (14), varvid den i kokeriet införda oxylutens vatteninnehäll utspäder den frän kokeriet utvunna svartluten, av-sedd för kemikalieregenerering, i sä liten grad att regenereringen ur svartlutsubstansen (25, 30) av de hydroxidavgivande natrium-föreningarna kan genomföras med ekonomiskt gynnsam energibalans för vattnets avdrivning under svartlutindunstning (25) i relation till oxystegets belastning med oxygenreducerande lÖsta substanser, kännetecknat därav, att a) för svartlut resp. för koklut gällande förhällande 61925 11 oxygenreducerande substans natrium styres genom tillförsel till kokluten i kokaren (3) (kokzonen (3a) i en flerzonskokare) av oxylut (14) och ätminstone större delen av till processen totalt tillförd hydroxidavgivande lut (vitlut), vil-ken koklut ledes ätminstone delvis motströms lignocellulosamaterialet si att frän kokaren (kokarzonen (3b) i en flerzonskokare) avdragna svartlutens (18) R-värde blir större än R-värdet för i brunmassan innesluten fraktion av kokluten efter hydroxiddelignifieringen när uttvättningen (15) av reaktionsprodukterna med oxylut inledes, b) koklutens innehäll av hydroxid och förbrukningen av hydroxid styres genom hydroxidlutdosering (vitlut) via en reglerventil (16) sä att den ur oxyluten frigörbara hydroxiden och den successivt bildade svartlutens innehäll av hydroxidrester helt eller tili över-vägande del förbrukas av lignocellulosamaterialets (19) surt reage-rande beständsdelar i ett koksteg (kokzonen (3b) i en flerzonskokare) medan i brunmassan innesluten fraktion av kokluten tili över-vägande del förtränges motströms brunmassan i ett tvättsteg (tvätt-zonen (15) i en flerzonskokare) med oxylut (14) samt att efter eventuella ytterligare förträngningssteg och/eller tvättsteg med oxylut den resulterande lutblandningen överföres med brunmassan (7) tili oxysteget (4), vilket förutom direkt via (6) tillföres hydroxid frän recirkulerad oxylut (14) och frän den brunmassan medföljande äterstoden av hydroxid, som tillförts systemet med vitlut (5, 16).
2. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att en del av den för lutförträngning frän brunmassan använda oxyluten avledes tili regenereringen (25, 30) frän ett förträngningssteg (15) i anslutning tili kokaren.
3. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att en del av oxyluten (14) användes för upplösning och/ eller beredning vid regenerering av hydroxid, företrädesvis brun-lut frän kausticeringssteg (30), varefter delarna (5 och 14) äter-förenas i kokzonen (3a).
4. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att i oxysteget (4) ofullständigt delignifierade fiberaggregat medelst silar och/eller andra massarenare avskiljes frän oxymassan i närvaro av oxylut och att silrejektet tillsammans med medföljande oxylut äterföres tili oxysteget, sä att de där sekundärt utlösta
