Claims (19)
1. Selluloosa, joka sopii tuottamaan lyosellivaloksia, joiden selluloosaosuus on 85 - 50 % painosta ja hemiselluloosien osuus on ainakin 7% painosta, tunnettu siitä, että C5/ksylaanifraktion suhde C6/mannaanifraktioon hemiselluloosassa (C5/C6 -suhde) on alueella 125:1 — 1:3.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen selluloosa, jossa C5/C6 -suhde on alueella 25:1 — 1:2.
3. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1 ja/tai 2 mukainen selluloosa, jossa hemiselluloosien osuus on 10% painosta tai enemmän.
4. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen selluloosa, jonka hemiselluloosat ovat läsnä luonnollisessa tilassa, on kemiallisesti modifioitu käsittelyvaiheissa tai on kemiallisesti modifioitu tai funktionalisoitu erillisessä käsittelyvaiheessa.
5. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen selluloosa, jonka ligniinipitoisuus on enemmän kuin 1 % painosta.
6. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen selluloosa, jossa selluloosapitoisuutta on lisäksi vähennetty ligniinin läsnäololla, puusta saaduilla lisäaineosilla ja/tai metalliyhdisteiden lisäämisellä.
7. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen selluloosa, jonka ksylaanipitoisuus on 9 % painosta tai enemmän ja/tai mannaanipitoisuus on 6 % painosta tai enemmän.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen selluloosa, jonka ksylaanipitoisuus on 9 % painosta tai enemmän ja mannaanipitoisuus on 1 % painosta tai vähemmän.
9. Lyosellivalos, joka on tuotettu käyttämällä jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1 — 8 mukaista selluloosaa.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen lyosellivalos, jossa valos valitaan kuiduista, filamenteista, katkokuiduista, kuitukankaista, kalvoista tai pallomaisessa muodossa olevista jauheista.
11. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 9 ja/tai 10 mukainen lyosellivalos, jossa valos on kuitu, filamentti tai katkokuitu, jonka selluloosapitoisuus on alle 90 % painosta, hemiselluloosapitoisuus on yli 5 % painosta ja C5/C6 -suhde on 125:1 — 1:3, edullisesti 25:1 -— 1:2.
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 9 - 11 mukainen lyosellivalos, jossa hemiselluloosapitoisuus on yli 10 % painosta.
13. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 9 - 12 mukainen lyosellivalos, jossa valos on kuitu, filamentti tai katkokuitu, jonka WRV on suurempi kuin 70%, edullisesti suurempi kuin 75 %, vielä edullisemmin suurempi kuin 80 %.
14. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 9 = 13 mukainen lyosellivalos, jossa valoksen kiteisyys on 40 % tai vähemmän.
15. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 9 - 14 mukainen lyosellivalos, jonka ligniinipitoisuus on yli 0 % painosta 5 %:iin painosta saakka.
16. Menetelmä tuottamaan lyosellivalos, käsittäen sen, että liuotetaan selluloosaa, jonka selluloosapitoisuus on 85 — 50 % painosta ja hemiselluloosapitoisuus on ainakin 7 % painosta, sopivassa liuottimessa ja muodostetaan liuos lyosellivalokseen, tunnettu siitä, että C5/ksylaanifraktion suhde C6/mannaanifraktioon hemiselluloosassa (C5/C6 -suhde) on alueella 125:1 — 1:3.
17. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen menetelmä, jossa lyosellivalos saadaan lyosellin kehruukäsittelyllä.
18. Menetelmä jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1 — 8 mukaisen selluloosan tuottamiseksi, menetelmän käsittäessä ainakin yhden seuraavista vaiheista:
a) sekoitetaan raaka selluloosa ksylaanin ja/tai mannaanin kanssa; b) käsitellään selluloosaa, jossa on hemiselluloosapitoisuus, mannaani mukaan lukien, kemiallisilla tai fyysisillä prosesseilla, jotta modifioidaan hemiselluloosapitoisuutta ja/tai sisältyvän hemiselluloosan koostumusta; c) tuotetaan selluloosa käyttämällä pehmeitä ja/tai kovia puulajeja; d) sekoitetaan mannaanivapaata selluloosaa hemiselluloosaa sisältävän selluloosan kanssa ja valinnaisesti toteutetaan sen jälkeen seoksen kemiallinen ja/tai fyysinen käsittely hemiselluloosapitoisuuden ja/tai hemiselluloosan koostumuksen säätämiseksi; e) sekoitetaan kaksi selluloosaa, joilla on eri hemiselluloosapitoisuus ja/tai hemiselluloosakoostumus, ja valinnaisesti sen jälkeen toteutetaan seoksen kemiallinen ja/tai fyysinen käsittely hemiselluloosapitoisuuden ja/tai hemiselluloosan koostumuksen säätämiseksi.
19. Patenttivaatimuksen 18 mukainen menetelmä, jossa eri selluloosat valitaan kovaan puulajiin tai pehmeään puulajiin pohjautuvista selluloosista.
