Abstract

Metod för att bearbeta våta material till torra malnade produkter, vilka produkter uppfyller de egenskaper som krävs och kvalitetsnivåer, varvid i metoden för materialen är gjorda av följande pro5 cesser: torkning, malning och klassifiering, åtminstone torkning och malning. I metoden, fuktig material torkas genom att leda materialet med hjälp av rörledningen (8) till det kanaliserade heta och trycksatta arbetsgasflödet, varvid från nämnda material i nämnda arbetsgasflöde avdunstad vattenånga arrangeras i metoden för att torka materialet också att öka flödeshastigheten för nämnda arbetsgas och att detsamma trycksatt arbetsgasflöde och det torkade materialet som strömmar med det leds vidare till filterenheten (11, 12, 13) för att separera torkat materialet från arbetsgasen, i vilket fall nämnda material som arbetsgasflödet innehåller leds till nämnda filterenhet genom det fria tankutrymmet i dess nedre del (11), in i vilket tankutrymmet malningsenhet har monterats i utrymmet, vilken enhet är en motstrålskvarn.
