Abstract

The invention relates to a concrete form system (100) comprising a ferromagnetic structure (200) extending in vertical direction, one or more support devices (1) comprising a magnet (20) for attaching the one or more support devices (1) on the outer surface (201) of the ferromagnetic structure (200) and a concrete form (300) mounted to the one or more support devices (1). The invention further relates to a support device (1), a use of a magnet (20) in a support device (1) and a method for mounting a concrete form (300) on a ferromagnetic structure (200).

Description

A SUPPORT DEVICE, A CONCRETE FORM SYSTEM, METHOD FOR MOUNTING A
CONCRETE FORM AND A USE OF A MAGNET
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a support device and more particularly toa support device according to the preamble of claim 1.
The present invention also relates to a concrete form system and more particularly to a concrete form system according to the preamble of claim 6.
The present invention also relates to a method for mounting a concrete form and more particularly to a method for mounting a concrete form according to — the preamble of claim 13.
The present invention also relates to a use of a magnet and more particularly to use of a magnet according to the preamble of claim 17.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Some steel structures such as cooling pipes of a blast furnace are covered with concrete.
In the prior art the concrete forms are fixed to vertical steel structures with welding.
One of the problems associated with the prior art is that welding is slow and complicate to produce. Furthermore, welding is difficult remove when the concrete form is moved to other position.

The invention is based on the idea of providing a support device for supporting a concrete form on a ferromagnetic structure. According to the present invention the support device comprises a support surface arranged to be positioned on the ferromagnetic structure, a magnet for attaching the support — device on the ferromagnetic structure, a housing, a detaching mechanism for detaching the support device from the ferromagnetic structure, a concrete form mounting arrangement for mounting a concrete form to the support device. The support device is arranged to carry a tension force from the concrete form mounting arrangement to the support surface, the tension force being transverse in relative to the support surface.
In other words, the support device is arranged to transfer a tension load of the concrete form to the ferromagnetic structure. The tension load pulls the concrete form away from the ferromagnetic structure in a direction transverse to the support surface.
In one embodiment, the magnet being permanent magnet.
A permanent magnetis an object made from a material that is magnetized and creates its own persistent magnetic field. Materials that can be magnetized, which are also the ones that are strongly attracted to a magnet, are called ferromagnetic. These include the elements iron, nickel, cobalt and their alloys, some alloys of rare-earth metals, and some naturally occurring minerals
N such as lodestone. Typically, ferromagnetic materials are the only ones attracted
N to a magnet strongly enough to be commonly considered magnetic. 3 The permanent magnet does not need external electric power; thus, it

In this application a honeycomb structure means man-made structures that have the geometry of a honeycomb to allow the minimization of the amount of used material to reach minimal weight and minimal material cost. The geometry of honeycomb structures can vary but the common feature of all such structures is an array of hollow cells formed between thin vertical walls
In one embodiment, the support device comprises wooden material, plywood material, polymer material, steel material or aluminium material.

In one embodiment, the detaching mechanism comprises a crowbar arranged to detach the support device from the ferromagnetic structure.
The crowbar enables beginning detaching the magnet from one edge and thus, it reduces need force for detaching.
In an alternative embodiment, the magnet being permanent magnet, the detaching mechanism comprises a crowbar arranged to detach the support device from the ferromagnetic structure.
The permanent magnet does not need external electric power; thus, it is easy to use. The crowbar enables beginning detaching the magnet from one edge and thus, it reduces need force for detaching.

The detaching mechanism connected to the housing further eases detaching the support device from the ferromagnetic structure.
In a yet another alternative embodiment, the magnet being an electromagnet and the detaching mechanism comprises an electric switch arranged to turn off electric power to the magnet.
The electromagnet is easy to detach with the electric power switch.
In one embodiment, the support device comprises a transverse support arrangement comprising a support part, the support part comprises a first transverse support surface arranged to be supported on the ferromagnetic structure. In other words, the concrete form comprises a ferromagnetic part which may attached on the mounting surface of the support device.
This is a fast way to mount the concrete form to the support device.
In an alternative embodiment, the mounting arrangement comprises a mounting part comprising one or more mounting part openings for a screw.
This kind of mounting part is simple to manufacture.
In another alternative embodiment, the mounting arrangement comprises a mounting part comprising a mounting arrangement recess for receiving a support member of a concrete form and a lock mechanism arranged to lock the support member of the concrete form to the concrete form mounting arrangement.

The detaching mechanism is not possible to use accidentally when the concrete form mounting arrangement is movable connected to the housing and the concrete form mounting arrangement is arranged to cover at least a part of the detaching mechanism in the first position.

The connection clearance 0,1 mm to 1 mm is sufficient to equalise a pulling force on the support surface.
In a yet another alternative embodiment, the mounting arrangement comprises a mounting part comprising a mounting arrangement recess for receiving a support member of a concrete form and a lock mechanism arranged to lock the support member of the concrete form to the concrete form mounting arrangement, the lock mechanism comprises an eccentric part and a lock bar connected to the eccentric part, the lock bar is arranged to turn the eccentric part against the support member of the concrete form, the concrete form mounting arrangement is movable connected to the housing, the concrete form mounting arrangement is arranged to be moved between a first position and a second

The present invention also relates to a concrete form system. The concrete form system comprises a ferromagnetic structure, the ferromagnetic structure having an outer surface of the ferromagnetic structure, the ferromagnetic structure having a first end and a second end, the outer surface of the ferromagnetic structure extending in vertical direction. The concrete form system further comprises one or more support devices comprising a magnet for attaching the one or more support devices on the outer surface of the ferromagnetic structure, a housing, a detaching mechanism for detaching the one or more support devices from the ferromagnetic structure and a concrete form mounting arrangement arranged to mount a concrete form to the one or more support — devices. The concrete form system further comprises a concrete form mounted to the one or more support devices.
In this context vertical direction means a direction having an angle between the direction and the surface of the ground being between 70 degrees to 110 degrees. The surface of the ground is horizontal.
In one embodiment, the concrete form comprises a first support member, the one or more support devices comprises a first support device and a second support device, the second support device is arranged at a distance from the first support device, the first support device and the second support device are arranged above the concrete form, and the first support device and the second support device are arranged to support the first support member of the concrete form.
The first support device and the second support device above the concrete form provides a support to concrete form such that wet concrete remains inside the form.
In an alternative embodiment, the concrete form comprises a first
N support member and a second support member, the one or more support devices
N comprises a first support device, and a third support device, the third support 3 device is arranged at a distance from the first support device, the first support
S device is arranged to support the first support member of the concrete form and
E 30 the third support device is arranged to support the second support member of the > concrete form. = This reduces a pulling force in the one or more support devices.

S support member and a second support member, the one or more support devices comprises a first support device, a second support device, a third support device and a fourth support device, the third support device is arranged at a distance from the first support device, the first support device and the second support device are arranged to support the first support member of the concrete form and the third support device and the fourth support device are arranged to support the second support member of the concrete form.
This further reduces a pulling force in the one or more support devices.
In a yet another alternative embodiment, the concrete form comprises a first support member and a second support member, the one or more support devices comprises a first support device, a second support device, a third support device and a fourth support device, the third support device is arranged at a distance from the first support device, the first support device and the second support device are arranged to support the first support member of the concrete form and the third support device and the fourth support device are arranged to support the second support member of the concrete form, and the first support member and the second support member extending in a vertical direction.
This further reduces a pulling force in the one or more support devices.
In one embodiment, the system comprises a first gap between the magnet and the outer surface of the ferromagnetic structure, and the first gap being between 0,001 - 2 mm, or the first gap being between 0,001 - 0,1 mm.
The magnet should be close to the ferromagnetic structure for providing a sufficient magnetic force.
In an alternative embodiment, the system comprises a first gap between the magnet and the outer surface of the ferromagnetic structure, and the first gap being less than 2 mm, or the first gap being less than 0,1 mm.
The magnet should be close to the ferromagnetic structure for providing a sufficient magnetic force.
N In one embodiment, the concrete form system comprises a load bearing
N structure and the first end of the ferromagnetic structure is fixed to the load 3 bearing structure.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Figures 1 and 2 show schematically a side view of a support device 1 according one embodiment to the present invention.
The support device 1 is arranged to support a concrete form 300 on a ferromagnetic structure 200. It should be noted that in this embodiment of the support device 1, the concrete form 300 and the ferromagnetic structure 200 are not parts of the support device 1. The ferromagnetic structure 200 and the concrete form 300 are shown in figures 14 - 18,
The ferromagnetic structure 200 extending in a direction transverse relative to the surface of the ground G. In other words, ferromagnetic structure 200 extending in vertical direction in relative to the surface of the ground G. In this context vertical direction means a direction having an angle between the direction and the surface of the ground G being between 70 degrees to 110 degrees. The — surface of the ground G is horizontal. The ferromagnetic structure 200 having an outer surface 201 of the ferromagnetic structure 200.
The support device 1 comprises a support surface 60 arranged to be positioned on the ferromagnetic structure 200.

In one embodiment, the support device 1 comprises a transverse support arrangement 50 arranged to be supported on the outer surface 201 of the ferromagnetic structure 200. The transverse support arrangement 50 extending at a distance from the magnet 20. In other words, the transverse support arrangement 50 is arranged to be supported on a side of the ferromagnetic — structure 200. The present invention further relates to a use of a magnet 20 in a support device 1 arranged to be attached on an outer surface 201 of a ferromagnetic structure 200, the outer surface 201 extending in vertical direction and the support device 1 comprises a concrete form mounting arrangement 40 for mounting a concrete form 300 to the support device 1.
In this context vertical direction means a direction having an angle — between the direction and the surface of the ground G being between 70 degrees to 110 degrees.
In one embodiment, the support device 1 being any of above disclosed embodiment of a support device 1.
The invention has been described above with reference to the examples shown in the figures. However, the invention is in no way restricted to the above examples but may vary within the scope of the claims.

Claims (18)

1. A support device (1) for supporting a concrete form (300) on a ferromagnetic structure (200), characterized in that the support device (1) comprises: - a support surface (60) arranged to be positioned on the ferromagnetic structure (200); - a magnet (20) for attaching the support device (1) on the ferromagnetic structure (200); - a housing (10); - a detaching mechanism (30) for detaching the support device (1) from the ferromagnetic structure (200); - a concrete form mounting arrangement (40) for mounting a concrete form (300) to the support device (1); and - the support device (1) is arranged to carry a tension force (T) from the — concrete form mounting arrangement (40) to the support surface (60), the tension force (T) being transverse in relative to the support surface (60).
2. A support device (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that: - the magnet (20) being permanent magnet (20), the detaching mechanism (30) comprises a crowbar (31) arranged to detach the support device (1) from the ferromagnetic structure (200); or - the magnet (20) being permanent magnet (20), the detaching mechanism (30) comprises a crowbar (31) and a detaching part (32), and the — 25 crowbar (31) is arranged to detach the support device (1) from the ferromagnetic O structure (200) with the detaching part (32); or b - the magnet (20) being permanent magnet (20), the detaching <Q mechanism (30) comprises a crowbar (31), a detaching part (32) and a detaching Q mechanism hinge (33) between the crowbar (31) and the detaching part (32), the E 30 crowbar (31) is arranged to push the detaching part (32) towards the » ferromagnetic structure (200); or 5 - the magnet (20) being permanent magnet (20), the detaching = mechanism (30) comprises a crowbar (31), a detaching part (32), a detaching part S support (34), a detaching opening (35) provided to the detaching part support (34) and a detaching mechanism hinge (33) between the crowbar (31) and the detaching part (32), the crowbar (31) is arranged to move the detaching part (32)

A support device (1) accordingtoclaimlor2, characterized in that: - the support device (1) comprises a transverse support arrangement (50) comprising a support part (52), the support part (52) comprises a first transverse support surface (51) arranged to be supported on the ferromagnetic structure (200), and the first transverse support surface (51) being transverse in relative to the support surface (60); - the support device (1) comprises a transverse support arrangement (50) comprising a support part (52) protruding from the support surface (60) in a direction away from the magnet (20), the support part (52) comprising a first transverse support surface (51) arranged to be supported on the ferromagnetic structure (200), and the first transverse support surface (51) being transverse in relative to the support surface (60); or - the support device (1) comprises a transverse support arrangement (50) comprising a support part (52) protruding from the support surface (60) in a direction away from the magnet (20), the support part (52) comprising a first transverse support surface (51) arranged to be supported on the ferromagnetic — structure (200), the first transverse support surface (51) being transverse in N relative to the support surface (60), and the first support surface (51) comprises a N curved portion. >

A concrete form system (100), characterized in that the system (100) comprises: - a ferromagnetic structure (200), the ferromagnetic structure (200) having an outer surface (201) of the ferromagnetic structure (200), the ferromagnetic structure (200) having a first end (202) and a second end (203), the outer surface (201) of the ferromagnetic structure (200) extending in vertical direction; - one or more support devices (1) comprising a magnet (20) for attaching the one or more support devices (1) on the outer surface (201) of the ferromagnetic structure (200), a housing (10), a detaching mechanism (30) for detaching the one or more support devices (1) from the ferromagnetic structure (200) and a concrete form mounting arrangement (40) arranged to mount a concrete form (300) to the one or more support devices (1); and - a concrete form (300) mounted to the one or more support devices
(1).

A concrete form system (100) for a concrete form (300) according to N claim 6 or 7, characterized inthat: 3 - the system comprises a first gap (F) between the magnet (20) and the S outer surface (201) ofthe ferromagnetic structure (200), and the first gap (F) being I 30 — between 0,001 - 2 mm; or > - the system comprises a first gap (F) between the magnet (20) and the = outer surface (201) ofthe ferromagnetic structure (200), and the first gap (F) being 0 between 0,001 - 0,1 mm; or S - the system comprises a first gap (F) between the magnet (20) and the outer surface (201) of the ferromagnetic structure (200), and the first gap (F) being less than 2 mm; or
- the system comprises a first gap (F) between the magnet (20) and the outer surface (201) ofthe ferromagnetic structure (200), and the first gap (F) being less than 0,1 mm.
9. A concrete form system (100) for a concrete form (300) according to any one of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the concrete form system (100) comprises a load bearing structure (400) and the first end (202) of the ferromagnetic structure (200) is fixed to the load bearing structure (400).

A concrete form system (100) for a concrete form (300) according to any one of claims 6 - 9, characterized in that: - the ferromagnetic structure (200) being a steel beam; or - the ferromagnetic structure (200) being a concrete reinforcement; or - the ferromagnetic structure (200) being a steel tube; or - the ferromagnetic structure (200) comprises two or more steel tubes; or - the ferromagnetic structure (200) comprises two or more steel beams; or - the ferromagnetic structure (200) comprises two or more steel pipes (204), and adjacent the two or more steel pipes (204) are connected to each other.

A concrete form system (100) for a concrete form (300) according to any one of claims 6 - 10, characterized in that: - the concrete form system (100) comprises a lifting device (500) arranged to lift the concrete form (300); or N - the concrete form system (100) comprises a lifting device (500) N connected to the one or more support device (1) and to the concrete form (300), 3 and the lifting device (500) is arranged to lift the concrete form (300). 13. A method for mounting a concrete form (300) on a ferromagnetic — structure (200),characterized in that: -the method being carried out with a concrete form system (100) comprising:
- a ferromagnetic structure (200) having an outer surface (201) of the ferromagnetic structure (200), a first end (202) of the ferromagnetic structure (200) and a second end (203) of the ferromagnetic structure (200); -one or more support devices (1) comprising a magnet (20) for attaching the one or more support device (1) on the outer surface (201) of ferromagnetic structure (200), a housing (10), a detaching mechanism (30) for detaching the support device (1) from the ferromagnetic structure (200) and a concrete form mounting arrangement (40) arranged to mount a concrete form (300) to the one or more support devices (1), - a concrete form (300), and - a load bearing structure (400); and - the first end (202) of the ferromagnetic structure (200) being fixed to the load bearing structure (400) such that the outer surface (201) of the ferromagnetic structure (200) extending in vertical direction; and in that - the method comprises: - attaching one or more support devices (1) on the outer surface (201) ofthe ferromagnetic structure (200) at a distance from the first end (202); and - mounting a concrete form (300) to the concrete form mounting arrangement (40) of the one or more support devices (1).
