Abstract

Keksintö koskee estimaattorijärjestelmää materiaaliin suunnattuun kaasuvirtaan perustuvan nesteenpoistoprosessin jälkeisen jäännösnestepitoisuuden estimoimiseksi. Estimaattorijärjestelmä käsittää lämpötila-anturilaitteiston (101) lämpötiladatan, joka osoittaa materiaalista lähtevän kaasun lämpötilan ja joka osoittaa materiaaliin saapuvan kaasun lämpötilan ja/tai materiaalin lämpötilan ennen nesteenpoistoprosessia, hankkimiseksi. Estimaattorijärjestelmä käsittää datankäsittelylaitteiston (102) jäännösnestepitoisuuden estimoimiseksi perustuen lämpötiladataan ja ennalta tallennettuun dataan, joka ilmaisee korrelaation materiaalin nestepitoisuuden pienenemisen ja lämpötilamuutoksen, joka johtuu nesteen haihtumisen materiaalista nesteenpoistoprosessin aikana aiheuttamasta jäähdytysvaikutuksesta, välillä. Estimaattorijärjestelmässä hyödynnetään siten nesteen ominaiseen haihtumislämpöön liittyvää jäähdytysvaikutusta.
