Abstract
Föreliggande uppfinning hänför sig till ett nytt dubbelturboladdararrangemang för en stor förbränningsmotor, vilken motor (2) innefattar ett motorblock (6) med ett flertal cylindrar (4), ett eller flera cylinderlock (8), åtminstone ett avloppsgrenrör (12), åtminstone ett inloppsgrenrör och två seriekopplade turboladdare (16, 18) för att roteras med motorns avgaser och för att ladda luft in i motorns cylindrar (4), varvid bägge turboladdarna (16, 18) har en inloppskåpa (20, 26) för avgas och en utloppskåpa (22, 28) för avgas samt en kompressorkåpa (32, 38), varvid turboladdarna (16, 18) är placerade i ändan på motorn (2) stödda av/fästa vid en gemensam bärare (14), vilken utloppskåpa (22) för avgas av den första turboladdaren (16) är med hjälp av bälgrör (24) ansluten till utloppskåpan (26) för avgas av den andra turboladdaren.The present invention relates to a new double turbocharger arrangement for a large internal combustion engine, which engine (2) comprises an engine block (6) with a plurality of cylinders (4), one or more cylinder heads (8), at least one exhaust manifold (12), at least one inlet manifold and two series-connected turbochargers (16, 18) to be rotated with the engine exhaust gas and to charge air into the engine cylinders (4), both turbochargers (16, 18) having an exhaust gas inlet cover (20, 26) and an outlet cover ( 22, 28) for exhaust gas and a compressor cover (32, 38), whereby the turbochargers (16, 18) are located at the end of the engine (2) supported by/attached to a common carrier (14), which outlet cover (22) for exhaust gas of the first turbocharger (16) is connected by bellows pipe (24) to the outlet cover (26) for exhaust of the second turbocharger.
