Abstract
Keksintö koskee vesipitoista sideainekoostumusta. Vesipitoinen sideainekoostumus voidaan valmistaa käyttämällä ainakin polymeroituvaa ainetta, silloitusainetta ja ainakin yhtä lisäainetta, jossa vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen venymäviskositeetti filamentin katkeamisaikana mitattuna on ainakin 0,13 sekuntia. Edelleen keksintö koskee menetelmää vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen valmistamiseksi tarvittavan ainakin yhden lisäaineen määrän määrittämiseksi. Keksintö koskee myös erilaisia käyttöjä.
Claims (12)
1. Vesipitoinen sideainekoostumus, joka on valmistettu käyttämällä ainakin polymeroituvaa ainetta, silloitusainetta ja ainakin yhtä lisäainetta, tunnettu siitä, että vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen venymäviskositeetti filamentin katkeamisaikana mitattuna on ainakin 0,13 sekuntia, ja jossa 20 -— 99 paino-% polymeroituvasta aineesta on peräisin ligniinistä ja silloitusaine on aldehydi, ja ainakin yksi lisäaine on valittu ryhmästä, joka koostuu ainakin yhdestä pinta-aktiivisesta aineesta, ainakin yhdestä vaahdonestoaineesta ja niiden mistä tahansa yhdistelmästä tai seoksesta, jossa ainakin yksi pinta- aktiivinen aine on valittu ryhmästä, joka koostuu etoksylaateista, karboksylaateista, alkoholialkoksylaateista, dioleista, polyolien/polyhydroksiyhdisteiden rasvahappoestereistä, siloksaaneista ja niiden mistä tahansa yhdistelmästä tai seoksesta, ja ainakin yksi vaahdonestoaine on valittu ryhmästä, joka koostuu orgaanisista öljyistä, kasviparafiiniöljyistä, piiöljyistä, vahoista, rasvahapoista, saippuoista, estereistä, pitkäketjuisista rasva-alkoholeista, siloksaaneista, alkoholialkoksylaateista ja niiden mistä tahansa yhdistelmästä tai seoksesta.
2. Jonkin edellisistä patenttivaatimuksista + mukainen vesipitoinen sideainekoostumus, jossa S vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen venymäviskositeetti + filamentin katkeamisaikana mitattuna on ainakin 0,17 = 30 sekuntia, tai ainakin 0,2 sekuntia, tai ainakin 0,25 v sekuntia, tai ainakin 0,28 sekuntia, tai ainakin 0,30 E sekuntia.
o 3. Jonkin edellisistä patenttivaatimuksista O mukainen vesipitoinen sideainekoostumus, jossa 2 35 vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen kapillaarinopeus on N korkeintaan 2,5 mm/sekunti, tai korkeintaan 2,0 mm/sekunti.
4. Jonkin edellisistä patenttivaatimuksista mukainen vesipitoinen sideainekoostumus, jossa vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen pintajännitys on 30 — 40 mN/m, tai 35 — 38 mN/m.
5. Jonkin edellisistä patenttivaatimuksista mukainen vesipitoinen sideainekoostumus, jossa 20 -— 80 paino-3, tai 30 - 70 paino-%, tai 40 - 60 paino-%, polymeroituvasta aineesta on peräisin ligniinistä.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen vesipitoinen sideainekoostumus, jossa ainakin yhtä pinta-aktiivista ainetta pinta-aktiivisen aineen 100- prosenttisen konsentraation perusteella laskettuna käytetään 0,01 - 5 paino-%, tai 0,05 - 1 paino-%, vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen kokonaispainon perusteella.
7. Jonkin edellisistä patenttivaatimuksista mukainen vesipitoinen sideainekoostumus, jossa vesipitoinen sideainekoostumus on verhopäällystyssideainekoostumus tai ekstruusiosideainekoostumus.
8. Menetelmä vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen valmistamiseksi tarvittavan ainakin yhden lisäaineen määrän määrittämiseksi, jossa vesipitoinen sideainekoostumus on verhopäällystyssideainekoostumus tai ekstruusiosideainekoostumus, ja jossa menetelmä käsittää seuraavaa: N a) valmistetaan vesipitoinen N sideainekoostumus käyttämällä ainakin polymeroituvaa S 30 ainetta, silloitusainetta ja ainakin yhtä lisäainetta, > jossa 5 -— 99 paino-3 polymeroituvasta aineesta on E peräisin ligniinistä ja jossa silloitusaine on * aldehydi; N b) määritetään vesipitoisen 3 35 sideainekoostumuksen venymäviskositeetti filamentin I katkeamisaikana mitattuna;
C) verrataan mitattua filamentin katkeamisaikaa ennalta määrättyyn arvoon, joka halutaan saavuttaa vesipitoiselle sideainekoostumukselle; ja d) säädetään ainakin yhden lisäaineen määrää, jota käytetään vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen valmistamiseen, kohdassa c) tehdyn vertailun perusteella vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen, jonka venymäviskositeetti filamentin katkeamisaikana mitattuna on ainakin 0,13 sekuntia, valmistamiseksi.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kohta b) edelleen käsittää vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen kapillaarinopeuden määrittämisen, ja jossa kohta c) edelleen käsittää mitatun kapillaarinopeuden vertaamisen ennalta määrättyyn arvoon, joka halutaan saavuttaa vesipitoiselle sideainekoostumukselle.
10. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 8 = 9 mukainen menetelmä, jossa ainakin yksi lisäaine valitaan ryhmästä, joka koostuu ainakin yhdestä pinta- aktiivisesta aineesta, ainakin yhdestä vaahdonestoaineesta ja niiden mistä tahansa yhdistelmästä tai seoksesta.
11. Kapillaarikatkaisuvenymäreometrin (capillary break-up extensional rheometer) käyttö vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen valmistamiseksi tarvittavan ainakin yhden lisäaineen määrän N määrittämiseksi siten, että vesipitoisella N sideainekoostumuksella on ominaisuudet, jotka S 30 vaaditaan viilun verhopäällystykseen tai D ekstruusiopäällystykseen vanerin valmistuksessa, jossa E vesipitoinen sideainekoostumus valmistetaan * käyttämällä ainakin polymeroituvaa ainetta, N silloitusainetta ja ainakin yhtä lisäainetta, jossa 5 3 35 — 99 paino-% polymeroituvasta aineesta on peräisin I ligniinistä ja jossa silloitusaine on aldehydi,
jossa kapillaarikatkaisuvenymäreometriä käytetään vesipitoisen sideainekoostumuksen, jonka venymäviskositeetti filamentin katkeamisaikana mitattuna on ainakin 0,13 sekuntia, valmistamiseksi tarvittavan ainakin yhden lisäaineen määrän määrittämiseksi.
