Abstract
Keksintö koskee menetelmää ja järjestelmää sulfaattisellutehtaan S/Na-tasapainon säätämiseksi, jossa rikkiyhdisteitä sisältävä sellutehtaan CNCG-virtaa (101, 201) ensin pestään vesipitoisella pesuliuoksella (109, 209), joka sisältää emäksisen aineen, jolloin saadaan vesipitoinen käytetty pesuliuos (104, 204, 204a, 20b), joka sisältää sulfideja, ja joka tämän jälkeen hapetetaan bioreaktorissa (105, 205) rikkiä hapettavien mikrobien avulla, jolloin saadaan vesipitoinen suspensio (106, 206), joka sisältää alkuainerikkiä, josta alkuainerikki voidaan erottaa saostumana (108, 208), ja jäännösliuosta (109a, 109b, 209a, 209b) voidaan käyttää vesipitoisen pesuliuoksen (109, 209) täydentämiseen.
Claims (14)
1. Menetelmä sulfaattisellutehtaan S/Na-tasapainon säätämiseksi, jossa menetelmässä — syötetään sellutehtaan väkevän tiivistymättömän hajukaasun (engl. Concentrated Non-Condensable Gas, CNCG) virta (101, 201), joka sisältää rikkiyhdisteitä, pesuriin (102, 202), — pestään rikkiyhdisteitä sisältävää sellutehtaan CNCG-virtaa (101, 201) pesurissa (102, 202) vesipitoisella pesuliuoksella (109, 209), joka sisäl- tää emäksistä ainetta, jolloin ainakin osa rikkiyhdisteistä reagoi emäk- sisen aineen kanssa, jolloin syntyy CNCG-virran johdannaista (110, 210) ja vesipitoista käytettyä pesuliuosta (104, 204, 204a, 204b), joka sisältää sulfideja, — johdetaan sulfideja sisältävä vesipitoinen käytetty pesuliuos (104, 204a) bioreaktoriin (105, 205), joka on sijoitettu pesurin (102, 202) jälkeen, — ilmastetaan bioreaktoria (105, 205) kaasulla (111, 211), joka käsittää sellutehtaasta saatavaa laimeaa hajukaasua, — hapetetaan sulfideja sisältävä vesipitoinen käytetty pesuliuos (104, 204a) bioreaktorissa (105, 205) biologisesti hapetusreaktiossa rikkiä hapettavien mikrobien avulla, jolloin saadaan vesisuspensio (106, 206), joka sisältää alkuainemuodossa olevaa rikkiä, ja — erotetaan alkuainerikki vesisuspensiosta (106, 206) rikinerotus- yksikössä (107, 207), joka on sijoitettu bioreaktorin jälkeen, jolloin saa- daan jäännösliuos (109a, 109b, 209a, 209b) ja saostuma (108, 208), joka sisältää alkuainerikin.

2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa lisäksi: 3 — johdetaan ainakin osa jäännösliuoksesta (109a, 209a), josta saostuma S (108, 208) on erotettu pois, takaisin pesuriin (102, 202) vesipitoisen x 30 pesuliuoksen (109, 209) täydentämiseksi. 00 D
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa lisäksi = — johdetaan ainakin osa vesipitoisesta käytetystä pesuliuoksesta (204b) N pumpulla (212) takaisin pesuriin (202) uudelleenkäyttöä varten.
4. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa sel- lutehtaan CNCG-virta (101, 201) sisältää ainakin yhtä tai useampaa seuraavista: H2S, CH3SH, CH3SCH3, CH3SSCH3.
5. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa sel- lutehtaan CNCG-virralla (101, 201) on ennen pesuriin (102, 202) johta- mista lämpötila, joka on huoneenlämpötilaa korkeampi, edullisesti välillä 40...50 °C.
6. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa vesi- pitoiseen pesuliuokseen (109, 209) lisätään NaOH:a.
7. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa vesi- pitoisen pesuliuoksen (109, 209) pH on yli 8, edullisesti yli 11,5, kuten välillä 12—14.

10. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 tai 9 mukainen järjestelmä (100, 200), joka jär- jestelmä (100, 200) käsittää lisäksi pumpun (212) ja kanavan, joka on järjestetty johtamaan ainakin osa vesipitoisesta käytetystä pesuliuok- sesta (204b) takaisin pesuriin (202) uudelleenkäyttöä varten.
11. Patenttivaatimusten 8-10 mukainen järjestelmä (100, 200), joka järjes- telmä (100, 200) käsittää useamman kuin yhden bioreaktorin (105, 205).
12. Rikkiä hapettavia mikrobeja sisältävän bioreaktorin (105, 205) käyttö rikin erottamiseksi sulfaattisellutehtaan CNCG-virrasta (101, 201).
13. Rikkiä hapettavia mikrobeja sisältävän bioreaktorin (105, 205) käyttö sulfaattisellutehtaan S/Na-tasapainon säätämiseksi.
14. Rikkiä hapettavia mikrobeja sisältävän bioreaktorin (105, 205) käyttö N alkuainerikin tuottamiseksi sulfaattisellutehtaan CNCG-virrasta (101, N 201).
