Abstract
Förfarande för framställning av ett kvävehaltigt gödslingsmedel och jordförbättringsmedel från flytgödsel och/eller naturgödsel. Förfarandet omfattar följande steg: - separering av flytgödseln och/eller naturgödseln till en fast fraktion och en vätskefraktion, - utförande av ammoniakstrippning på vätskefraktionen, av vilken en till kvävehalten svag vätskefraktion och en ammoniakinnehållande gasfas erhålls, - utförande av kvävetillvaratagning från gasfasen in i en syrainnehållande vätskelösning, varvid en ammoniumsaltlösning (ammoniumkväve) erhålls, - behandling av den fasta fraktionen med pyrolys, varvid det bildas kol, pyrolysvätska och pyrolysgas, - införing av den från kvävetillvaratagningssteget erhållna ammoniumsaltlösningen i det i pyrolysprocessen bildade kolet, varvid ett kvävehaltigt gödslingsmedel och jordförbättringsmedel erhålls som slutprodukt.
Claims (6)
1. Förfarande för framställning av ett kvävehaltigt gödslingsmedel och jordförbätt- ringsmedel frän flytgödsel och/eller naturgödsel, förfarandet omfattande följande steg: - separering av flytgödsel och/eller naturgödsel till en fast fraktion och en vätske- fraktion, - utförande av en aerob biologisk förbehandling pä vätskefraktionen, - utförande av ammoniakstrippning pä den förbehandlade vätskefraktionen, av vil- ken en till kvävehalten svag vätskefraktion och en ammoniakinnehällande gasfas er- hälls, - utförande av kvävetillvaratagning frän gasfasen in i en syrainnehällande vätskelös- ning, varvid en ammoniumsaltlösning (ammoniumkväve) erhålls, - behandling av den fasta fraktionen med pyrolys, varvid det bildas kol, pyro- — lysvätska och pyrolysgas, - införing av den från kvävetillvaratagningssteget erhållna ammoniumsaltlösningen i det i pyrolysprocessen bildade kolet, varvid ett kvävehaltigt gödslingsmedel och jordförbättringsmedel erhälls som slutprodukt.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att vätskelösningens syra är svavelsyra (H2S04), varvid ammoniumsaltlösningen är ammoniumsulfat ((NH4)2SO4).
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att mängden fosfor som följer med kolet analyseras och mängden kväve som skall införas i kolet justeras för — att justera kvävets och fosforns inbördes mängdförhällanden för att motsvara od- S lingsplanen.

4. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat att kolet som fås 2 frän pyrolysen mals eller krossas och ammoniumsaltlösningen fors in i kolpulvret el- E 30 ler -krosset genom besprutning. N io
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknat av att kolpulver eller -kross leds > som en kontinuerlig ström via en vägningsanordning och ammoniumsaltlösningens matningsmängd styrs utifrän vägningsresultatet.
6. Ett NPK-gödslingsmedel framställt med förfarandet enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, vilket är impregnerat i kol.
