Abstract
Uppfinningen avser en turbokompressor, som omfattar ett kompressorhölje (10), ett kompressorhjul (12) inuti kompressorhöljet, ett första turbinhölje (14), ett första turbinhjul (16) inuti det första turbinhöljet, vilket turbinhjul har en radie r1, ett andra turbinhölje (18), ett andra turbinhjul (20) inuti det andra turbinhöljet, vilket turbinhjul har en radie r2, och en axel (22), på vilken kompressorhjulet, det första turbinhjulet och det andra turbinhjulet är anordnade. Det första turbinhjulet och det andra turbinhjulet är väsentligen olika stora.
Claims (4)
1. En turbokompressor, som omfattar ett kompressorhölje (10), ett kompressorhjul (12) inuti kompressorhöljet (10), ett första turbinhölje (14), ett första turbinhjul (16) inuti det första turbinhöljet (14), vilket första turbinhjul (16) har en radie (n), ett andra turbinhölje (18), ett andra turbinhjul (20) inuti det andra turbinhöljet (18), vilket andra turbinhjul (20) har en radie (Γ2), och en axel (22), pä vilken samma axel (22) kompressorhjulet (12), det första turbinhjulet (16) och det andra turbinhjulet (20) är anordnade, kännetecknad av att det första turbinhjulet (16) och det andra turbinhjulet (20) är väsentligen av olika storlek.
2. Turbokompressor enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att det andra turbinhjulets (20) radie (Γ2) är ätminstone 20 % större än det första turbinhjulets (16) radie (n), fördelaktigt ätminstone 35 % större än det första turbinhjulets (16) radie (n), mest fördelaktigt ätminstone 50 % större än det första turbinhjulets (16) radie (n).
3. Turbokompressor enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad av att den därtill omfattar en första inloppsöppning (24) i det första turbinhöljet (14), en andra inloppsöppning (26) i det andra turbinhöljet (18), en första avgaskanal (34) som leder tili den första inloppsöppningen (24), en andra avgaskanal (36) som leder tili den andra inloppsöppningen (26) och en ventil (28), med vilken den andra avgaskanalen (36) kan slutas.
4. Turbokompressor enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknad av att det första turbinhöljet (14) har ett utloppshäl (52) för utströmning av avgas och turbokompressorn har därtill en cirkulationskanal (32) som leder frän utloppshälet (52) tili den andra avgaskanalen (36), tili stycket mellan ventilen (28) och den andra inloppsöppningen (26).
