Claims (22)
- PATENTTIVAATIMUKSETE DNA-rakenne, joka käsittää solunulkoista fruktosidaasia koodaavan nukleotidisekvenssin, joka sisältää nukleotidisekvenssin SEQ ID NO.l tai sen kanssa analogisen sekvenssin,
- 2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen DNA-rakenne, jossa solunulkoista fruktosidaasia koodaava nukleotidisekvenssi on saatavissa Lac/o/jaczV/zz.v-kannasta.10
- 3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen DNA-rakenne, jossa nukleotidisekvenssi on saatavissaLac/o/jaczV/zz.v-kannasta, erityisesti kannasta Lactobacillus crispatus, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus amylovorus, Lactobacillus ultunensis, Lactobacillus amylolyticus, Lactobacillus amylovorans, Lactobacillus sobrius tai Lactobacillus acidophilus.15
- 4. Patenttivaatimuksen 3 mukainen DNA-rakenne, jossa nukleotidisekvenssi on saatavissa kannasta Lactobacillus crispatus (DSM 29598).
- 5. Rekombinanttiekspressiovektori, joka sisältää jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-4 mukaisen DNA-rakenteen.5 jolla on vähintään 96 %:n identtisyys nukleotidisekvenssin SEQ ID NO.l kanssa.
- 6. Solu, joka sisältää patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukaisen rekombinanttiekspressiovektorin.
- 7. Menetelmä fruktaanihydrolaasiaktiivisuutta osoittavan entsyymin tuottamiseksi, joka menetelmä käsittää patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukaisen solun kasvattamisen olosuhteissa,25 jotka mahdollistavat entsyymin tuottamisen, ja entsyymin talteenottamisen kasvatuksesta.
- 8. Fruktaanihydrolaasiaktiivisuutta osoittava entsyymi, jota koodaa jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-4 mukainen DNA-rakenne tai joka tuotetaan patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukaisella menetelmällä tai joka sisältää polypeptidin, jolla on olennaisesti aminohapposekvenssi30 SEQ ID. No. 2.
- 9. Entsyymivalmiste fruktaanin hajottamiseksi, joka valmiste käsittää patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukaisen entsyymin yhdessä kantoaineiden ja/tai emulgointiaineiden kanssa.20165526 prh 05 -05- 2017
- 10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen entsyymivalmiste, joka lisäksi käsittää yhden tai useamman, hydrolaasiaktiivisuutta omaavan muun entsyymin.
- 11. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 mukainen entsyymivalmiste, jolloin muu(t) entsyymi(t) vapaut5 taa/vapauttavat glukoosia tai maltoosia.
- 12. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen entsyymivalmiste, jolloin α-glukosidaasi vapauttaa glukoosia tärkkelyksestä/maltodekstriinistä.10
- 13. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen entsyymivalmiste, jolloin β-glukosidaasi vapauttaa glukoosia β-glukaanista.
- 14. Patenttivaaitmuksen 11 mukainen entsyymivalmiste, jolloin invertaasi vapauttaa glukoosia sakkaroosista.
- 15. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen entsyymivalmiste, jolloin amylolyyttiset entsyymit vapauttavat maltoosia tärkkelyksestä.
- 16. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukaisen entsyymin tai patenttivaatimuksen 9 tai 10 mukaisen 20 entsyymivalmisteen käyttö fruktaanin hajotukseen viljamateriaaleissa tai vihanneksissa.
- 17. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukaisen entsyymin tai jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 9-15 mukaisen entsyymivalmisteen käyttö leivontatuotteiden valmistukseen.25
- 18. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukaisen entsyymin tai jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 9-10 mukaisen entsyymivalmisteen käyttö matalafruktaanisten vihannesten valmistukseen.
- 19. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen käyttö, jolloin viljamateriaali on vehnä, ruis tai ohra ja vihannekset on valittu ryhmästä, johon kuuluvat sipuli, valkosipuli ja maa-artisokka.
- 20. Esiseos leivontaan, joka esiseos käsittää patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukaisen entsyymin tai jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 9-15 mukaisen entsyymivalmisteen.
- 21. Patenttivaatimuksen 20 mukainen esiseos, joka lisäksi käsittää ainesosia, jotka on valittu ryhmästä, jonka muodostavat kokojyvävehnä, murskattu vehnä, jauhettu vehnä, muut viljat, palkokasvit, pähkinät, siemenet, kantoaineet, kuidut, ja vedensitojat, kuten maltodekstriinit, selluloosat, pektiinit, proteiinikonsentraatit (gluteeni jne.), leivän/taikinan pa5 rannusaineet ja/tai niiden ainesosat, näihin rajoittumatta.
