Claims (13)

1. Menetelmä kaksi vastakkaista pintaa omaavan selluloosananofibrillin (CNF) vedensie-tokyvyn parantamiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että CNF-kalvon molemmat pinnat suojataan kosteudelta ja menetelmä käsittää vaiheet, joissa: a) valmistetaan CNF-suspensio ja suspensiota modifioidaan lisäämällä suspensioon polymeerejä, jotka sisältävät varautuneita, hydrofobisia tai polaarisia funktionaalisia ryhmiä, b) CNF-suspensio laitetaan ja levitetään suoraan muovisen alustamateriaalin pinnalle CNF-kalvon valmistamiseksi, c) ainakin toinen CNF-kalvon pinta puhdistetaan ja aktivoidaan UV/otsonikä-sittelyllä, koronakäsittelyllä tai plasma-aktivoinnilla ja d) aktivoitua CNF-kalvoa modifioidaan plasmapohjaisella pinnoitus-, atomikerroskasvatus- (ALD)- tai sooligeeli-menetelmällä.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että menetelmä on jatkuvatoiminen ja siinä käytetään hyväksi rullalta rullalle -tekniikkaa.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että CNF-suspensio sisältään korkeintaan 2 paino-%, mutta edullisesti 0,25-2 paino-% modifioima-tonta nanofibrilloitua selluloosaa.
4. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että CNF-suspensiota modifioidaan lisäämällä polymeerejä, jotka sisältävät funktionaalisia ryhmiä, joissa on yksi tai useampia O-, S- tai N-atomeja tai yksi tai useampia kak-soissidoksia.
5. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että CNF-suspensiota modifioidaan lisäämällä polymeerejä, jotka sisältävät hydroksyyli-ryhmiä tai karboksyyliryhmiä, jotka on edullisesti valittu joukosta, jonka muodostavat polyvinyylialkoholi, polyakryylihapot ja polykarboksyylihapot, ja katalyyttinen määrä happamia suoloja, kuten ammoniumkloridia, ammoniumsulfaattia, alumiinikloridia, magnesiumkloridia, magnesiumnitraattia tai fosforipitoisten happojen alkalimetallisuoloja.
6. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että muovinen alustamateriaali on edullisesti valittu polyolefiineistä, kuten polyeteeni, tai poly styreenistä ja selluloosaestereistä.
7. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että toteutetaan plasmapohjainen pinnoitus, jolloin plasmayksikkö on asennettu pinnoituslinjaan ja plasmayksikön käyttämä teho on 200-800 W.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kaasuja, jotka on valittu ryhmästä, jonka muodostavat typpi, helium ja argon, käytetään kantokaasuina pinnoituskemikaaleille ja plasmalle plasmapohjaisessa pinnoituksessa.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 tai 8 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että pinnoituske-mikaali(t) atomisoidaan ennen plasmayksikköä.
10. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 7-9 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että pinnoi-tuskemikaalina käytetään heksametyylidisiloksaania (HMDSO).
11. Rakenne, joka koostuu jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-10 mukaisen menetelmän mukaisesti valmistetusta CNF-kalvosta, jolloin CNF-kalvon paksuus on 15-150 pm.
12. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen rakenne, jolloin CNF-kalvo on pinnoitteena edullisesti muovimateriaalista, edullisemmin muovimateriaalista, joka on valittu polyolefiineistä, kuten polyeteeni, tai poly styreenistä ja selluloosaestereistä, valmistetun alustan ainakin yhdellä pinnalla.
13. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 tai 12 mukainen rakenne, joka koostuu CNF-kalvosta, joka on irti alustasta.
