Claims (6)
1. Förfarande för förädling av aska (1) innehållande tungmetaller i en förbränningsanläggning till olika produkter och anrikning av tungmetaller till åtminstone en dylik produkt, varvid i förfarandet aska eller vid behov mald aska klassificeras genom användning av pneumatisk klassificering i två eller flera fraktioner (3-5), kännetecknat av att i förfarandet används en eller flera upprepningsklassificeringar, varvid genom anrikning av tungmetaller till en finare fraktion (3) regleras upprepningsklassificeringsbehovet och erhållna grövre fraktioner (4), (5) används som tillsatsämne för gödsel och eller som fyllmedel inom betong- och asfaltindustrin.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att de ultrafina fraktionerna som den grövre fraktionen (4) eller (5) innehåller avlägsnas genom användning av vattentvätteknik.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknat av att med vattnet som använts i vattentvätten fuktas finfraktionen för att underlätta dess transport och/eller lagring.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att askan (1) klassificeras till sin grovhet som tre olika produkter (3-5).

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att grovfraktionen (5) mals t.ex. med en motstråleraffinör (6) t. ex. att användas i betongtillämpningar.
