Claims (19)

1. Laite, joka käsittää topografisen kuvantamisvälineen ja tietojenkäsittelyvälineen kreppausprosessin aiheuttamia poimuja käsittävän pehmo-paperiarkin mittaamiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että topografinen kuvantamisväline käsittää ainakin yhden kameran, joka on sovitettu tuottamaan kolmiulotteista tietoa käsittävää kuvadataa pehmopa-periarkista; ja tietojenkäsittelyväline on sovitettu määrittämään kuvadatassa olevan pehmopaperiarkin kreppauksen ainakin yhden poimun poikkileikkauksen muodon perusteella ainakin yksi seuraavista: pehmopaperiarkin paksuus, pehmopaperiarkin pehmeys.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen laite, jossa topografinen kuvantamisväline on sovitettu tuottamaan kolmiulotteista kuvadataa liikkuvan pehmopaperiarkin pinnasta.
3. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa tietojenkäsittelyväline on sovitettu määrittämään pehmopaperiarkin pehmeys kreppauksen mainitun ainakin yhden poimun tiukkuuden perusteella.
4. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa tietojenkäsittelyväline on sovitettu määrittämään pehmopaperiarkin pehmeys kreppauksen mainitun ainakin yhden poimun pyöreyden ja/tai terävyyden perusteella.
5. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa tietojenkäsittelyväline on sovitettu määrittämään pehmopaperiarkin pehmeys mainitun ainakin yhden poimun kaarevuussäteen perusteella.
6. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa tietojenkäsittelyväline on sovitettu määrittämään pehmopaperiarkin pehmeys mainitun ainakin yhden poimun pienimmän kaarevuussäteen perusteella.
7. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa tietojenkäsittelyväline on sovitettu määrittämään pehmopaperiarkin pehmeys poimun alipoimujen määrän perusteella.
8. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa tietojenkäsittelyväline on sovitettu määrittämään pehmopaperiarkin pehmeys poimun alipoimujen aallonpituuksien perusteella.
9. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa tietojenkäsittelyväline on sovitettu määrittämään paksuus kreppauksen poimujen amplitudin perusteella.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 9 mukainen laite, jossa tietojenkäsittelyväline on sovitettu määrittämään pehmopaperiarkin paksuus kreppauksen poimujen ainakin yhden tilastollisen määrän perusteella.
11. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa tietojenkäsittelyväline on sovitettu määrittämään pehmopaperiarkin pehmeys kreppauksen mainitun ainakin yhden poimun aiheuttaman karheuden perusteella.
12. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa tietojenkäsittelyväline on sovitettu lisäksi määrittämään pehmopaperiarkin pehmeys kreppauksen poimujen ainakin yhden aallonpituuden perusteella.
13. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, joka käsittää morfologisen kuvantamisvälineen, joka on sovitettu mittaamaan ainakin yhden pehmopaperiarkin valmistuksessa käytettyihin hiukkasiin liittyvää morfologisen piirteen, ja jossa tietojenkäsittelyväline on lisäksi sovitettu määrittämään pehmeys mainitun ainakin yhden morfologisen piirteen perusteella.
14. Patenttivaatimuksen 12 mukainen laite, jossa morfologinen piirre on hiukkasen pituus.
15. Patenttivaatimuksen 12 mukainen laite, jossa morfologinen piirre on hiukkasen paksuus.
16. Patenttivaatimuksen 12 mukainen laite, jossa morfologinen piirre on hiukkasen seinämän paksuus.
17. Patenttivaatimuksen 12 mukainen laite, jossa morfologinen piirre voi olla hiukkasen pituuden ja leveyden suhde.
18. Tietojenkäsittelylaite, joka käsittää ainakin yhden suorittimen; ja ainakin yhden muistin, joka sisältää tietokoneohjelmakoodia, tunnettu siitä, että mainittu ainakin yksi muisti ja mainittu ainakin yksi suoritin ja tieto-koneohjelmakoodi on sovitettu saamaan käsittelyväline hankkimaan topografiselta kuvantamisvälineeltä, joka käsittää ainakin yhden kameran ainakin yhden kuvan hankkimiseksi tuottamaan kuvadataa, joka sisältää kolmiulotteista tietoa kreppausprosessin aiheuttamia poimuja sisältävästä pehmopaperiarkista; ja määrittämään pehmopaperiarkin kreppauksen ainakin yhden poimun poikkileikkauksen muodon perusteella ainakin yksi seuraavista: pehmopaperiarkin paksuus, pehmopaperiarkin pehmeys.
19. Menetelmä pehmopaperiarkin mittaamiseksi, t u n n e 11 u siitä, että siitä, että menetelmässä hankitaan topografisella kuvantamisvälineellä, joka käsittää ainakin yhden kameran, ainakin yksi kuva tuottamaan kuvadataa, joka sisältää kolmiulotteista tietoa kreppausprosessin aiheuttamia poimuja sisältävästä pehmopaperiarkista; ja määritetään tietojenkäsittelyvälineellä kuvadatassa olevan pehmopaperiarkin kreppauksen ainakin yhden poimun poikkileikkauksen muodon perusteella ainakin yksi seuraavista: pehmopaperiarkin paksuus, pehmopaperiarkin pehmeys.
