Claims (9)
1. Menetelmä pyrolyysituotteen valmistamiseksi, jossa pyrolyysireaktoriin syötetään raaka-ainetta ja muodostetaan kaasumaisia pyrolyysituotejakeita ja sivutuotejakeita raaka-aineesta pyrolyysillä pyro-lyysireaktorissa, ja kondensoidaan kaasumaiset pyro-lysituotejakeet nestemäisiksi pyrolyysituotejakeiksi, tunnettu siitä, että menetelmä käsittää vaiheet - poltetaan vähintään yhtä pyrolyysireaktorista peräisin olevaa sivutuotejaetta, joka käsittää kiintoainekomponentteja, vähintään kahdessa polttolaitteessa siten, että sivutuotejae poltetaan osittain ensimmäisessä polttolaitteessa, sivutuote jakeen kiintoainekomponentit kierrätetään takaisin pyrolyysiprosessiin ja ensimmäisestä polttolaitteesta peräisin olevat savukaasut syötetään toiseen polttolaitteeseen, jossa savukaasut poltetaan energian muodostamiseksi, ja - otetaan talteen polttolaitteessa muodostunut energia.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että säädetään lämpötilaa ensimmäisessä polttolaitteessa siten, että lämpötila on alle 700 °C.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että energia, joka otetaan talteen polttolaitteessa, syötetään syöttöveteen ja/tai kattilan höyrypiiriin.
4. Laitteisto pyrolyysituotteen valmistamiseksi, joka laitteisto käsittää - pyrolyysireaktorin (1) kaasumaisten pyrolyysituote j akeiden (3) ja sivutuotejakeiden (4,13,14,19) muodostamiseksi raaka-aineesta (5) pyrolyysillä, ja - vähintään yhden välineen raaka-aineen (5) syöttämiseksi pyrolyysireaktoriin (1), ja - kondensointilaitteen (15) kaasumaisten pyro-lysituotejakeiden (3) kondensoimiseksi nestemäisiksi pyrolyysituotejakeiksi (20), tunnettu siitä, että laitteisto käsittää - vähintään kaksi polttolaitetta (7,8), joissa poltetaan vähintään yhtä pyrolyysireaktorista (1) peräisin olevaa sivutuotejaetta (4,13,14,19), joka käsittää kiintoainekomponentteja, siten että sivutuotejae poltetaan osittain ensimmäisessä polttolaitteessa (7) ja ensimmäisestä polttolaitteesta peräisin olevat savukaasut (12) poltetaan toisessa polttolaitteessa (8) energian muodostamiseksi, - erotuslaitteen kiintoainekomponenttien (13, 14) erottamiseksi savukaasuista (12) ensimmäisen polttolaitteen (7) jälkeen ja välineet kiintoainekomponenttien kierrättämiseksi takaisin pyro-lyysiprosessiin, ja - välineet (9) polttolaitteessa (7,8) muodostuneen energian ottamiseksi talteen.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen laitteisto, tunnettu siitä, että laitteisto käsittää säätölaitteen lämpötilan säätämiseksi ensimmäisessä polttolaitteessa (7) siten, että lämpötila on alle 700 °C.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 tai 5 mukainen laitteisto, tunnettu siitä, että laitteisto käsittää kattilan (2) energiajakeiden (10,11) muodostamiseksi.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 4-6 mukainen laitteisto, tunnettu siitä, että laitteisto käsittää välineet polttolaitteesta (7,8) talteen otetun energian syöttämiseksi syöttöveteen (17).
8. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 4-7 mukainen laitteisto, tunnettu siitä, että laitteisto käsittää välineet polttolaitteesta (7,8) talteen otetun energian syöttämiseksi kattilan (2) höyrypiiriin.
9. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 4-8 mukainen laitteisto, tunnettu siitä, että laitteisto käsittää lämmönvaihtimen (9) lämpöenergian ottamiseksi talteen sivutuotejakeen savukaasuista (12).
