Claims (10)

1. Menetelmä radioaktiivisuuden määrittämiseksi ioniherkällä kanavatransistorimatriisilla, joka menetelmä käsittää vaiheet: a) kiinnitetään näytteen molekyylit reaktiolokeroon mainitussa matriisissa; b) jos mainittu näyte ei sisällä radioaktiivisuutta, saatetaan mainittu matriisi kontaktiin radioaktiivisen molekyylin tai molekyylien kanssa, jolla radioaktiivisella molekyylillä tai molekyyleillä on spesifiset sitoutumisominaisuudet; c) inkuboidaan matriisia elektroniherkän hopeahalidimateriaalin kanssa; ja d) inkuboidaan matriisia kehitysliuoksella, joka pelkistää radioaktiivisuudelle altistuneet hopeahalidit alkuainehopeaksi ja samanaikaisesti mitataan pH:ta kussakin erillisessä reaktiolokerossa, jolloin pH:n aleneminen osoittaa radioaktiivisuuden läsnäolon reaktiolokerossa.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin mainittu näyte käsittää nukleiinihappomolekyylejä, jotka kiinnitetään matriisiin vaiheessa a).
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin mainittu radioaktiivinen molekyyli on radioaktiivisesti leimattu nukleiinihappo, proteiini tai vasta-aine.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 tai 3 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin menetelmä käsittää lisävaiheen, jossa sekvensoidaan nukleiinihappomolekyylit, jotka on kiinnitetty matriisiin vaiheessa a) siten, että sekvensointi suoritetaan ennen kuin matriisi on kontaktissa mainitun radioaktiivisen molekyylin kanssa vaiheessa b).
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin mainittu näyte käsittää peptidejä tai polypeptidejä, jotka on kiinnitetty matriisiin vaiheessa a).
^ 6. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin mainittu radioaktiivinen molekyyli on o ^ radioaktiivisesti leimattu vasta-aine. i c\j o c\i
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 tai 6 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin mainitut reaktiolokerot pinnoitetaan ir vasta-aineilla ennen näytteen peptidien tai polypeptidien kiinnittämistä mainitulle matriisille. CL CO o co
8. Ioniherkän kanavatransistorimatriisin käsittävän laitteen käyttö jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-7 cvj ^ mukaisen menetelmän suorittamiseksi, jolloin mainittu laite on ohjelmoitu suorittamaan mainittu ^ menetelmä.
9. Tuotepakkaus patenttivaatimuksen 1, 4 tai 6 mukaisen menetelmän suorittamiseksi, joka tuotepakkaus käsittää elektroniherkkää hopeahalidimateriaalia, kehitysliuosta, joka pelkistää hopeahalidit mainitussa elektroniherkässä hopeahalidimateriaalissa, ja kanavatransistorimatriisin.
10. Menetelmä kemiluminoinnin määrittämiseksi ioniherkällä kanavatransistorimatriisilla, joka menetelmä käsittää vaiheet: a) kiinnitetään näytteen molekyylit reaktiolokeroihin mainitussa matriisissa; b) saatetaan mainittu matriisi kontaktiin kemiluminontia aiheuttavan entsymaattisen molekyylin tai entsymaattisten molekyylien kanssa, jotka entsymaattiset molekyylit on konjugoitu molekyyleihin, joilla on spesifiset sitoutumisominaisuudet; c) inkuboidaan matriisia elektroniherkän hopeahalidimateriaalin ja kemiluminointisubstraatin kanssa; ja d) inkuboidaan matriisia kehitysliuoksella, joka pelkistää kemiluminointivalolle altistuneet hopeahalidit alkuainehopeaksi ja samanaikaisesti mitataan pH:ta kussakin erillisessä reaktiolokerossa, jolloin pH:n aleneminen osoittaa kemiluminoinnin läsnäolon reaktiolokerossa. δ CvJ CVJ cp CvJ X IX Q.
