1. Vektorkodningsförfarande, i synnerhet för tal-signaler, i vilket används kodböcker, varvid i en första 5 kodbok lagrats kombinationsmönster för ett exciteringsfil-ters exciteringssignaler (vektorer) för generering av syn-tetiska signaler, i synnerhet talsignaler, omfattande n, i synnerhet 4, frän noli awikande till egenvärdet lika och endast beträffande förtecknet olika amplitudvärden eller 10 adresser för lagring av dessa amplitudvärden, och varvid i en andra kodbok lagrats vid varje enskilt tillfälle där-till hörande autokorrelationskoefficienter omfattande föl-jande steg: i den andra kodboken lagras autokorrelationskoef-15 ficienter som kombinerade med autokorrelationsfunktionen för exciteringsfiltrets impulssvar för generering av syn-tetiska signaler, i synnerhet talsignaler, ger den filtre-rade exciteringssignalens energi, endast sadana kombinationsmönster tillats som in-20 nehäller tre frän noil awikande autokorrelationskoeffici- ··· enter, • « « · : de frän noil awikande amplitudvärdena för auto- korrelationskoef f icienterna som ligger utanför korrela- ; tionsmaximum AFK (0) skiljer sig frän varandra endast be- 25 träffande sitt förtecken.
