Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för vai av cell för en mobil station (MS) i ett cellulärt paketradionät, vilket omfattar en radiostations styrenhet (BSC), när den mobila stationen och radiostationens styrenhet förmär fatta beslut om vai av cell; 5. vilket förfarande: - den mobila stationen (MS) sänder mätrapporter (5-4, 6-4, 7-4) tili radiostationens styrenhet (BSC), vilka innehäller information (61, 63i ... 63n) om cellen som betjänar den mobila stationen och dess grannceller, och - som svar pä att en förutbestämd mängd villkor uppfyllts, befalls 10 den mobila stationen ätminstone delvis avstä frän sin förmäga att fatta beslut om vai av cell; - till den mobila stationen och/eller dess abonnent är ätminstone en grupp specialceller (LSA) anslutna; kännetecknatavatt: 15. information om nämnda ätminstone ena specialcellsgrupp överförs tili radiostationens styrenhet (BSC) och den mobila stationen ätminstone deltar i nämnda överföring av information; och - informationen om specialcellsgruppen används i radiostationens styrenhet för vai av cell, när den mobila stationen har befallits att ätminstone 20 delvis avstä frän sin förmäga att fatta beslut om vai av cell.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den mobila stationen (MS) sänder radiostationens styrenhet (BSC) ätminstone ett explicit meddelande (5-3, 51), som anger nämnda specialcellsgrupp.
’ 3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den 25 mobila stationen (MS) anger för radiostationens styrenhet (BSC) i ätminstone en mätrapport (6-4), huruvida cellen ifräga är en specialcell.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknat av att den mobila stationen utför nämnda angivelse säilän, företrädesvis en gäng för var-je rapporterad cell. 30

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den mobila stationen (MS) sänder radiostationens styrenhet (BSC) väsentligen en angivelse (7-1) att specialcellsgruppen ifräga existerar; och att radiostationens styrenhet (BSC) begär (7-2) och mottar (7-3) specialcellsgruppen frän ett annat nätelementet, företrädesvis en SGSN-nod.

Mobil station (MS), vilken är anordnad: - att sända radiostationens styrenhet (BSC) mätrapporter (5-4, 6-4, 108104 7-4), vilka innehäller information (61, 63ι ... 63N) om cellen som betjänar den mobila stationen och dess grannceller i ett cellulärt telekommunikationsnät, vilket erbjuder paketradiotjänster; - att fatta beslut om vai av cell och att som svar pa ett kommando 5 frän radiostationens styrenhet atminstone delvis avstä frän sin förmäga att fatta beslut om val av cell, - och vilken är ansluten till atminstone en grupp specialceller (LSA); kännetecknad avatt den mobila stationen är anordnad att atminstone delta i överföringen av information om nämnda atminstone ena 10 specialcellsgrupp till radiostationens styrenhet (BSC).
7. Mätrapport (6-4) frän en mobil station (MS) till en radiostations styrenhet (BSC) i ett cellulärt telekommunikationsnät, vilket erbjuder paketradiotjänster; vilken mätrapport omfattar information (61, 63ι ... 63n) om cellen som betjänar den mobila stationen och dess grannceller, kännetecknad 15 av att mätrapporten (6-4) atminstone indirekt anger, för var och en rapporterad cell, huruvida cellen ifräga är en specialcell eller inte.
