Kaksilaattaisen lämpöeristetyn rakennuselementin ansas ja menetelmä sen valmistamiseksi. - Stötta för ett tväskivigt värmeisolerat byggnadselement och förfarande för dess framställning.

Keksinnön kohteena on kaksilaattaisen lämpöeristetyn rakennuselementin ansas, joka sitoo elementin sisä- ja ulkokuoret eristeen läpi toisiinsa. Keksinnön kohteena on myös menetelmä tällaisen ansaksen valmistamiseksi.

Perinteinen ansas on valmistettu siten, että erilliset paarreteräkset vastushitsataan taivutettuun diagonaalilan-kaan, jolloin tuote on koottu kolmesta osasta.
15 Keksinnön tarkoituksena on saada aikaan parannettu ansas, joka on kevyempi, painoonsa nähden lujempi, muodostaa heikomman kylmäsillan laattojen välille ja on valmistusys-tävällisempi.
20 Tämä tarkoitus saavutetaan keksinnön mukaisella ansaalla, jonka tunnusomaiset piirteet on esitetty oheisessa patenttivaatimuksessa 1. Ansas voidaan valmistaa edullisesti oheisen patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukaisella menetelmällä.
25 Seuraavassa keksintöä havainnollistetaan viittaamalla oheiseen piirustukseen, joka esittää leikkausta keksinnön mukaisella ansaalla varustetusta rakennuselementistä.
Elementti muodostuu tavanomaiseen tapaan sisä- ja ulko- 30 kuorista 1 ja 2, joiden välissä on lämpöeriste 3. Kuoret 1, 2 on sidottu toisiinsa ansaalla 4, johon kuuluu reunoilla olevat, olennaisesti yhdensuuntaiset paarteet 5 ja niiden väliset vinositeet 6, joita voi olla esim. kolme kappaletta metrillä kumpaankin suuntaan. Paarteet 5 on upotettu be- 35 tonivaluun ja vinositeet 6 tulevat eristeiden välisiin saumakohtiin.

Vinositeet 6 ja paarteet 5 valmistetaan yhdestä aihiosta siten, että vinositeiden risteyskohdissa 7 ja niiden ja paarteiden yhtymäkohdissa 8 ei ole hitsiliitoksia. Tämä on mahdollista siten, että levyaihioon leikataan viiltoja, 5 jotka sijoitetaan siten, että kun aihiota levitetään paar-teista 5 viiltoihin nähden kohtisuorassa suunnassa, vinositeet 6 venyvät niin paljon, että haluttu ansaan leveys saavutetaan. Viiltojen suunta ja sijainti on siis sellainen, että levitysvaiheessa vinositeissä ei voi tapahtua 10 tyssääntymistä eikä taipumista. Levyaihion ainespaksuus voi olla hyvinkin pieni, esim. 1-2 mm.
Perinteiseen ansasrakenteeseen verrattuna keksinnöllä saavutetaan seuraavat edut: 15 - kevyempi rakenne - ei ole rakennetta heikentäviä ja mahdollisesti korroosiota aiheuttavia hitsejä - useammat vinositeet ja niiden risteyskohtien määrä tekee 20 rakenteesta lujuusopillisesti paremman - rakennetta keventää myös vinositeiden venyessä tapahtuva muokkauslu j i ttuminen - ohuempi rakenne muodostaa heikomman kylmäsillan laattojen välille 25 - valmistusystävällisempi.

Claims (2)

Kaksilaattaisen lämpöeristetyn rakennuselementin ansas, joka sitoo elementin sisä- ja ulkokuoret (1, 2) eristeen 5 (3) läpi toisiinsa, tunnettu siitä, että ansas (4) muodostuu yhtenäisestä levyaineksesta ja siihen kuuluu olennaisesti yhdensuuntaiset paarteet (5) ja niiden väliset vinositeet (6). 2. Menetelmä patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukaisen ansaksen val mistamiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että levyaihioon leikataan viiltoja ja aihiota levitetään viiltoja vastaan kohtisuorassa suunnassa, viiltojen ollessa sijoitettu siten, että muodostuu olennaisesti yhdensuuntaiset paarteet 15 (5) ja niiden väliset vinositeet (6), jotka venyvät maini tun levitysvaiheen aikana niin, että paarteet (5) saadaan ansaksen haluttua leveyttä vastaavalle etäisyydelle toisistaan . 20
