CONSISTE EN: A) AÑADIR HIDRAZINA A UN LIQUIDO QUE CONTIENE OXIGENO DISUELTO; Y B) HACER PASAR EL LIQUIDO A TRAVES DE UN MEDIO DE SOPORTE POROSO QUE TIENE UNA CAPA DE PRECAPA APLICADA AL MISMO, QUE COMPRENDE UNA MEZCLA DE MATERIAL COADYUVANTE DE FILTRACION Y CARBONO ACTIVADO EN POLVO, EN DONDE EL MATERIAL COADYUVANTE DE FILTRACION COMPRENDE DE 25 A 80% EN PESO DE LA CAPA DE PRECAPA, BASADO EN EL PESO SECO DE LA MEZCLA, PARA CATALIZAR UNA REACCION ENTRE EL OXIGENO DISUELTO Y LA HIDRAZINA, CON LO QUE EL OXIGENO SE ELIMINA DEL LIQUIDO.
