COMPRENDE: A) REVESTIR A LA SUPERFICIE DE CADA GRANO DE SUSTANCIA PORTADORA CON UN DISOLVENTE Y EN VACIO, PARA RECUBRIRLA; B) SECAR PARCIALMENTE LA SUSTANCIA DEL GRANO; C) APORTAR AL GRANO LA MATERIA ACTIVA MICRONIZADA; D) MEZCLAR EL GRANO CON LA SUPERFICIE ACTIVA POR ANCLAMIENTO; E) SECAR EL GRANULADO MEZCLADO. EL DISOLVENTE SE ELIGE ENTRE ALCOHOLES Y SIMILARES; LA MATERIA ACTIVA CONTIENE UN ANTIBIOTICO ELEGIDO ENTRE ERITROMICINA Y AMPICILINA Y SE ANCLA POR ACIDOS GRASOS Y EL GRANO ES UN HIDRATO DE CARBONO. SE UTILIZA PARA TRATAR IRRITACIONES DE LA MUCOSA DEL ESTOMAGO Y TRACTO INTESTINAL.
