Abstract
The process, for making pharmaceutical prepns. for treating irritations of the mucous lining of the stomach and intestinal tract, consists of (a) coating the surface of a carbohydrate granular carrier in vacuum with an alcohol or similar solvent (b) partially drying the carrier (c) adding the micronised active material consisting of erythromycin or ampicillin antibiotic (d) mixing the carrier with surface activated with a fatty acid and (e) drying the mixt.
