COMPRENDE: A) DISPERSAR HIGADO DE CALAMAR EN UNA SALMUERA QUE CONTIENE ENTRE 0,2 Y 8 POR CIENTO EN PESO DE CLORURO SODICO EN PROPORCION DE UNA PARTE EN PESO DE HIGADO POR 1 A 35 PARTES EN PESO DE SALMUERA; B) SEPARAR UNA FASE GRASA Y OTRA ACUOSA O EXTRACTO DE LA DISPERSION POR DECANTACION EN EL CURSO DE UN PERIODO DE REPOSO DE LA DISPERSION A 1-10GC DE 4 HORAS AL MENOS; C) DILUIR EL EXTRACTO CON AGUA EN PROPORCION DE 1 PARTES EN PESO DE EXTRACTO POR 15 EN PESO DE AGUA Y AL MISMO TIEMPO AJUSTAR EL CONTENIDO DE CLORURO SODICO A 0,2-2 POR CIENTO EN PESO Y PH A 3,0-8,0; D) SUMERGIR AL CALAMAR, LIMPIADO Y ENVISCERADO, EN EL EXTREMO DILUIDO POR UN TIEMPO DE 30 MINUTOS A 10 HORAS Y A 1GC A 30GC PARA QUE LAS MEMBRANAS DEL CALAMAR SE DISUELVAN ESPONTANEAMENTE EN EL AGUA DE COCCION.
