Abstract

This machine comprises, in essence, a hopper 5 situated in a cold storage enclosure 13, feeding, by means of a strip scraper shutter 4, a tilting receiver plate 6, controlled by a weighing machine 7, a frier 2 equipped with a basket 14 which is articulated with respect to a shaft 12 and a frustoconical duct 16 channelling the fried product to a cup 17. Main application: automatic dispensing, on prepayment, of individual portions of hot chips and other products of the type.
