PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UN RECUBRIMIENTO SOBRE UN SUSTRATO CONDUCTOR ELECTRICO. COMPRENDE: A) SUMERGIR EL SUSTRATO EN UN BAÑO ACUOSO A BASE DE UN LIGANTE DE RESINA SINTETICA QUE CONTIENE GRUPOS AMINOS Y/O HIDROXILOS, CATIONICOS Y COMO MINIMO PARCIALMENTE NEUTRALIZADOS CON ACIDOS, Y UNA MEZCLA DE RETICULANTES, ASI COMO PIGMENTOS, PROTECTORES CONTRA LA CORROSION Y CATALIZADORES, EN CANTIDAD DE HASTA EL 15% EN PESO EN RELACION CON EL PESO TOTAL DEL MEDIO DE REVESTIMIENTO; B) CONECTAR EL SUSTRATO COMO CATODO POR MEDIO DE CORRIENTE CONTINUA Y DEPOSITAR UNA PELICULA SOBRE EL; C) EXTRAERLO DEL BAÑO; Y D) ENDURECER LA PELICULA MEDIANTE AHORNADO. APLICABLE EN LA PINTURA DE FONDO DE CARROCERIAS DE AUTOMOVILES.
