Abstract

Reflector for radiant heaters having a multiplicity of reflecting sections 10 which are essentially arranged in a plane such that they deflect fractions of the radiation emitted by the radiation source and reflect them in a predetermined direction. The edges of the reflector can be bent round in order to avoid lateral radiation losses. The reflecting sections 10 can have a pointed part 11 which is arranged directly opposite the or each radiation source in order to provide a more even configuration of the distribution of radiation.
