COMPRENDE: A) HACER REACCIONAR N MOLES DE UNA RESINA EPOXI DIFUNCIONAL CON GRUPOS OXIRANO TERMINALES Y UN NUMERO PROMEDIO DE PESO MOLECULAR (MN) DE 300-5.000, N-1 MOLES DE UN DIACIDO Y 2 MOLES DE UN ACIDO MONOFUNCIONAL, A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 80 Y 190JC, PARA OBTENER UN POLIMERO DE EPOXI-ESTER; B) HACER REACCIONAR DE 5 A 30% DEL POLIMERO DE EPOXI-ESTER Y LA MISMA CANTIDAD DE UN MONOMERO ACRILICO, MEDIANTE EL EMPLEO DE UN INICIADOR DE PEROXIDO O DE AZO, PARA OBTENER UN POLIMERO DE EPOXI-ESTER CON INCLUSIONES ACRILICAS; Y C) FORMAR UNA DISPERSION CON: 10-60% DEL RESULTADO DE B), AMINAS TERCIARIAS EN UNA PROPORCION EQUIVALENTE A LA NEUTRALIZACION DE 50-200% DE LOS MOLES DE FUNCIONALIDAD ACIDA DEL POLIMERO, DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS EN CANTIDAD TAL QUE NO SE SUPERE EL 10% DE DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS MAS AMINAS, Y AGUA.
