COMPRENDE: UNA CAMARA DE MEDICION (7) DOTADA DE UN SENSOR DE GASES (11) CON UN ORGANO CALEFACTOR (10) ALIMENTADO CON ENERGIA ELECTRICA POR UNOS CONDUCTORES (13); UN CIRCUITO DE EVALUACION (3) CONECTADO AL SENSOR DE GASES (11) POR UNOS CONDUCTORES ELECTRICOS; UNA ABERTURA (9) DE ENTRADA DE LOS GASES QUE DEBEN SER EXAMINADOS; UNA ABERTURA DE COMUNICACION (8) QUE VINCULA A LA CAMARA DE MEDICION (7) CON LA CAMARA DE REFERENCIA (5), EN LA QUE ESTA SITUADO UN GENERADOR DE MOVIMIENTO DE AIRE. SE UTILIZA EN AMBIENTES CON PELIGRO DE CONTAMINACION, INCENDIO O EXPLOSION.
