COMPRENDE: A) HACER REACCIONAR AL ISOMERO DE A-METILBENCILAMINA Y AL CLORURO DE 4-NITROBENZOILO, EN TETRAHIDROFURANO, EN PRESENCIA DE CARBONATO SODICO, A LA TEMPERATURA DE REFLUJO DEL DISOLVENTE Y DURANTE 12 HORAS, PARA OBTENER (R) O (S)-4-NITRO-N-(1-FENILETIL)BENZAMIDA Y B) HIDROGENAR A LOS ISOMEROS (R) O (SL-4-NITRO-N-(1-FENILETIL)BENZAMIDA CON HIDROGENO A BAJA PRESION, EN ALCOHOL Y EN PRESENCIA DE PD/C, PARA PREPARAR ISOMEROS (R) -O (S)-4-AMINO-N-(1-FENILETIL)BENZAMIDA QUE SALIFICAN PARA PRODUCIR SALES FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLES DE LOS MISMOS CON ADICION DE ACIDOS INORGANICOS U ORGANICOS. SE UTILIZAN COMO AGENTES CONVULSIVOS Y SE PUEDEN ADMINISTRAR POR VIA RECTAL, ORAL, TRANSDERMAL O INTRAMUSCULAR Y ADOPTAN LA FORMA DE POLVOS, TABLETAS, SELLOS O ELIXIRES Y SOLUCIONES.
