CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE UNA INDOMETACINA DE FORMULA (I) CON UN HALOGENOACETATO DE TERC-BUTILO, DE FORMULA HAL-CH2-COO-C(CH3)3, EN LAS QUE HAL ES CLORO, BROMO O YODO Y R REPRESENTA UNO DE VARIOS TIPOS DE RADICALES, EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE, O UNA MEZCLA DE DISOLVENTES, EN PRESENCIA DE UN CATALIZADOR DE TRANSFERENCIA DE FASES, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE C30JC Y 70JC; SEGUIDA DEL TRATAMIENTO DEL COMPUESTO FORMADO CON ACIDO SULFURICO O ACIDO SULFONICO, A TEMPERATURA ENTRE C30JC Y 120JC. ESTE COMPUESTO TIENE APLICACIONES EN MEDICINA HUMANA Y VETERINARIA COMO ANTIFLOGISTICO.
