LA FERMENTACION SE LLEVA A CABO A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 34JC Y 40JC, EN UN MEDIO CON UN PH ENTRE 4,5 Y APROXIMADAMENTE 6,5, QUE TIENE UNA PRESION PARCIAL DE MONOXIDO DE CARBONO ENTRE 0,05 ATM Y 0,3 ATM APROXIMADAMENTE.EL BUTANOL SE EMPLEA COMO DISOLVENTE, ENTRE OTRAS APLICACIONES.
