METODO PARA CONVERTIR UN SUSTRATO ORGANICO INSOLUBLE EN AGUA O SUSTANCIALMENTE INSOLUBLE EN AGUA, BAJO LA INFLUENCIA DE UNA ENZIMA QUE REQUIERE UN COFACTOR, EN UN PRODUCTO SOLUBLE EN AGUA.CONSISTE EN REALIZAR LA CONVERSION EN UN SISTEMA MICELAR, FORMADO POR UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO QUE NO ES MISCIBLE EN AGUA O QUE NO ES SUSTANCIALMENTE MISCIBLE EN AGUA, Y EN EL QUE LA ENZIMA ESTA SOLUBILIZADA POR MICELAS INVERSAS QUE SE ESTABILIZAN POR UNO O MAS TENSIOACTIVOS.
