Abstract
A solar collector (1) includes an energy adsorber (2) which is filled with zeolites and which is contained within a frame (5). One face of the adsorber is protected by transparent glazing (3) and the other face is thermally insulated (4) and has an inlet/outlet (6) for the passage of water vapour to and from a condenser-evaporator (7) connected by a double system of two-way valve (9, 10) to a store (11) of warm water and a store (12) of chilled water, respectively. A one-way valve (13) connects the bottom of the condenser (7) to the adsorber (2).
