PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR UN FOSFATO DE CALCIO DE CALIDAD ALIMENTICIA. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR ACIDO FOSFORICO DE CALIDAD ALIMENTICIA CON CAL DECOLORADA EN PRESENCIA DE 0,01 A 0,3% EN PESO DE PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO CON LO QUE EL PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO, BLANQUEA EL FOSFATO DE CALCIO RESULTANTE A UN PRODUCTO ACEPTABLEMENTE BLANCO. EL FOSFATO DE CALCIO SE MOLTURA PARA REDUCIR SU TAMAÑO. EL FOSFATO DE CALCIO ES FOSFATO TRICALCICO O BIEN FOSFATO MONOCALCICO MONOHIDRATADO.
