Abstract

Extraction-filtration device wherein a material to be extracted is contacted with an extraction liquid, whereafter the residue is separated from the liquid by filtration-centrifugation. According to the invention, the filtration is carried out through the joining of a lower conical element (1) and an upper conical element (2) rotatingly driven at 6000 revolutions per minute. The ejection of coffee grounds is done through the opening of the conical elements (1, 2), the grounds being blown towards the outlet of a volute (119) and then into a container provided to this effect. The devices comprises a locking and a system for rising or lowering the casing of the filter which are particularly appropriate.
