CONSISTE EN INCORPORAR AL MATERIAL BASE UNA FRITA TRANSPARENTE COMPLETAMENTE VITRIFICADA QUE CONTIENE EN DISOLUCION LOS PRECURSORES DE DIOPSIDO CA O, MG O Y SI O ; PRECIPITAR UNA CANTIDAD FUNDENTE DE CRISTALES A PARTIR DE DICHA FRITA _(IN SITU DURANTE LA COCCION DEL CUERPO A TEMPERATURA INFERIOR A LA QUE SE REQUERIRIA EN AUSENCIA DE LOS CRISTALES. DICHOS CRISTALES TIENEN UN TAMAÑO MEDIO DE PARTICULA INFERIOR A 1 MICRA. LA FRITA ESTA SUBSTANCIALMENTE LIBRE TANTO DE FASES CRISTALINAS COMO DE ALCALINOTERREOS NO REACCIONADOS Y CONTIENE OXIDOS DESFLOCULANTES EN CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA CONTRARRESTAR EL EFECTO DE LOS ALCALINOTERREOS PRESENTES EN EL GRADO EN QUE SON LIXIVIADOS CON LA DISPERSION DE LA FRITA EN LA BARBOTINA CERAMICA.
