COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE INTRODUCE UN COMPUESTO QUE CONTIENE VANADIO PENTAVALENTE EN UN MEDIO LIQUIDO Y SE REDUCE PARTE DE DICHO VANADIO A UN ESTADO DE VALENCIA DE APROXIMADAMENTE +4; SEGUNDA, SE AÑADE UN COMPONENTE DE FOSFORO MIXTO PARA FORMAR UN PRECURSOR DE CATALIZADOR; Y POR ULTIMO, SE RECUPERA EL PRECURSOR DE CATALIZADOR, SE SECA Y SE CALCINA.
