PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE MONO- O POLIISOCIANATO. CONSISTE EN LA REUNION CONTINUA DE SOLUCIONES DE MONO- O POLIAMINAS PRIMARIAS EN DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS INERTES CON CANTIDADES EN EXCESO DE FOSGENO EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE, A PRESION Y TEMPERATURA ELEVADAS, EN UNA CAMARA MEZCLADORA. LAS SOLUCIONES PUEDEN PASAR POR UNA ZONA DE REACCION DISPUESTA A CONTINUACION DEL RECINTO MEZCLADOR. EL FOSGENO SE INTRODUCE EN CONTINUO MIENTRAS QUE EL COMPONENTE AMINA SE INTRODUCE POR TOBERA MEDIANTE AL MENOS UNA TOBERA DE CHORRO LISO CON UN DIAMETRO DE LUZ DE 0,1 A 30 MM; MANTENIENDO UNA DIFERENCIA DE PRESION DE AL MENOS 0,5 BAR EN LA SOLUCION DE FOSGENO PRESENTADA.
