SE COMPRUEBA LA CANTIDAD Y LA ALIMENTACION DE LAS ESCORIAS DE HULLA DE RECIRCULACION ENCONTRADAS EN LOS MATERIALES DESCARGADOS DE UN HORNO ROTATIVO DE REDUCCION DIRECTA DE MINERALES Y OTROS MATERIALES QUE CONTIENEN OXIDO DE HIERRO, UTILIZANDO UN MATERIAL CARBONOSO, TAL COMO CARBON, COMO FUENTE TANTO DEL COMBUSTIBLE COMO DEL AGENTE REDUCTOR, JUNTO CON GASES QUE CONTIENEN OXIGENO. EL CONTENIDO DE CARBONO FIJO EN LOS MATERIALES DE DESCARGA TOTALES DEBE MANTENERSE DENTRO DEL INTERVALO DEL 5 AL 15% EN PESO. EL AGENTE REDUCTOR CARBONIZADO SE RECUPERA DE LOS MATERIALES DESCARGADOS DESDE EL EXTREMO DE DESCARGA DEL HORNO Y SE ALIMENTA A UNA TOLVA DE RECIRCULACION PARA SU RETORNO AL PROCESO.
