Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION CONJUNTA DE PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO Y ACIDO 2-CETO-D-GLUCONICO. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE D-GLUCOSA EN DISOLUCION ACUOSA CON OXIGENO EN PRESENCIA DE UNA ENZIMA SELECCIONADA ENTRE PIRANOSA-2-OXIDASA, GLUCOSA-2-OXIDASA Y GLUCOSA-1-OXIDASA; SEGUIDA DE UNA NUEVA OXIDACION CON OXIGENO EN PRESENCIA DE UNA ENZIMA SELECCIONADA ENTRE PIRANOSA-2-OXIDASA Y GLUCOSA-1-OXIDASA. TANTO EL PEROXIDO DE HIDROGENO COMO EL ACIDO 2-CETO-D-GLUCONICO TIENE UNA DIVERSIDAD DE APLICACIONES. EN PARTICULAR EL ULTIMO COMPUESTO SE EMPLEA EN CROMATOGRAFIA Y PARA LA CONSERVACION DE ALIMENTOS.
